Hey…..I know in boxing you use the strong arm at the back and the weak hand to lead, in Jeet Kune Do they use the strong arm to lead, like fencing because of most of the attacks. I was wondering if you could do pros and cons video of both methods? I think that would be pretty interesting The reason I ask is because apparently Mike Tyson is left handed and Usyk/Lomachenko are right handed and all lead with their strong hand

I am quite interested in Roberto Duran's jump rope techniques.... looks amazing especially that "Cossack" "dance" while jumping rope! Thanks Tony! Love ypur videos!

How can I utilize or make use of my rear(right) hand more? I'm a right handed Orthodox but my right isnt as versatile as my lead hand, I can throw explosive hooks, jabs, uppercuts and all o that with my lead hand while I can only really throw a right cross. Btw I of course can throw different punches with my right it's just that I rely on my left to get in, pressure, even ko sometimes and then follow up with a right cross or hook.

Can you do these 'expert' jumps with a traditional leather rope?
@spenczack47624 ай бұрын
Could you make a video about the disadvantages of jumping rope? It's the only cardio exercise I do since I sit for at least 12 hours a day, and it's helped me avoid gaining weight. However, I've been diagnosed with herniated discs, possibly from lifting weights incorrectly or being sedentary. I've jumped rope my entire life, six times a week, at least three sessions, even doing 4,000 jumps once a week. Could jumping rope be a cause of my herniated discs? Before the diagnosis, I was even considering increasing the difficulty by using a weighted vest. There seems to be very little information about the link between herniated discs and jumping rope.

Its harder, heavier ropes are better in upper body training combined with the jumping, lighter ropes are faster amd better for tricks (and thus hand-feet coordination). Its perfectly possible doing tricks with a heavier rope, its just harder
