Hola... Cual es el precio de la Pistola Sagola 4600 Extreme 1.30XL DVR CLEAR, más al envío a Venezuela...
@jaycarr5904 жыл бұрын
I have to agree...got my digital a few weeks ago...Titania and HVLP caps, DVR clear is on the way. 1.3xl on big jobs for clear is tough to beat. 1.2 Titania for smaller or just a preference change up. Reminds me a combo of A Prolite and 5000 RP if I had to compare. I wonder what this gun could do if the company did an “I” pattern fan like the new Sata 5500x ...it would be difficult to beat a Sagola with that option.

Hi Tony... Long time mate hope you are well... What's the best clear gun in your opinion?... Cheers... Bruce
@norberth37785 жыл бұрын
And what is the best basecoat gun in your opinion? gun for flatest base finish as when your basecoat is flat then the clear will be the same flat without fighting the pain job plus no shrinking after drying.

Another great job. I only do resprays, mostly motorcycles. I have the Sagola 4600 dvr. Which gun has flatter finish, Devilbiss DV1 clear or the Sagola. Other painters said The Devilbiss dv1 has very flat finishes.
@TonysRefinishingTV4 жыл бұрын
It’s not the gun that makes a finish flat or not mate it’s the painter the type of clear and how you lay it down buddy personally I prefer the sagola or the iwata ws400 for a flat finish
@noblewon35072 жыл бұрын
This spray gun still holding up still top notch?
@jonledgin56144 жыл бұрын
Does the 4600 have a greater chance of running the clear which explains the necessary faster speed of your passes? Or does it just atomize so well that it doesn’t need to be pumped on? Also, Do you notice any difference in the amount of clear coat you make as far as having to make more or less than normal?
@TonysRefinishingTV4 жыл бұрын
Hi so the 4600 I use has the larger 1.3xl tip so it’s putting more out than a smaller tip hence the speed I’m moving at mate it does however atomise the clear very very well hope this helps , it’s easy to slow down though by using a smaller tip or running less fluid

alot better value for money by a long way mate tbh , personally and especially with the sale on mate id have one of these over the sata anyday atm

@@TonysRefinishingTV cheers for reply , I currently use the phaser for everyday clearcoating in accident repair. And although it's an amazing gun just seems to take a bit more effort compared to my old pro lite , but always fancied the sagola . Think I'm going to get one to run alongside the phaser 😁

@rafaelberrios68594 жыл бұрын
regards, always and seen that you set the gun to clear very differently. For example, the 4600 sagola almost all painters configure it with the full fluid and 2 bar pressure. And you set it to only 1 and half or 2 turn of fluid. Is that setting for temperature? relative humidity? I think I'm going to adopt that style. By the way excelent videos!!
@TonysRefinishingTV4 жыл бұрын
Rafael Berrios I had this chat with a guy I was training in my shop at the weekend , setting everything full fluid wise is an old school way of doing things plus here in the uk we just don’t have the temperature to run things at full fluid it would all end up on the floor plus there’s no need , a spray gun is a tool and the point is to make a tool work for you not for you to struggle against it so setting it to what works for you is the beat option on my book not you changing to how it works

@TonysRefinishingTV5 жыл бұрын
it depends on the clear and the sprayer no clear will come out of the gun like glass tbh thats myth it will always have peel but for the wettest flattest finish the 4600 1.3 dvr clear for me is that gun

Hi Tony. Just recently discover your channel. Congrats for the Job! Gotta have a question for you: I’m motorcycle painter currently using an old but reliable Iwata w101 and Ani R150, but looking for an upgrade. As my iobs are pretty small things always preference are mini spray guns to save paint and air consumption. What’s your recommendation for a mini spray gun exclusively for clear? Thinkin’ in the SATA 4400though it’s quite pricey. If that’s ok, RP or HVLP for clear? Thanks in advance
@TonysRefinishingTV5 жыл бұрын
Hi mate I’d look into the iwata lph 80 or the 4400 rp both great guns and ideal for that kind of work the iwata has very low air consumption too
