If you use google domains, which doesn't provide hosting, do you need to purchase an external hosting platform prior to using cyberduck?

You will need some type of a remote FTP server to use CyberDuck

In theory yes, but this would be complicated because the FTP port is not typically opened on public/private networks

Step by step from zipping the site from ssh at tar.gz to migrate via ssh on new location to extracting 2) 2nd question How do you Unzip/zip on Filezilla. I did found script only as unzipper which does the work. Is there any alternative please show us a way

That would be quite an undertaking. If you want to do it from scratch, you can use Python and Django or just simply PHP to create the site.
