I dont change the position of my body in order to "complete the exercise," if I change the position of my body during an exercise, its to acheive an extra degree of failure after not being able to push any farther in the previous position, we just train differently is all 👌

You don’t need to go to an extra degree of failure after you have already reached failure and can’t complete another technically correct rep. Muscle is already fatigued and stimulated enough by then. And if you go beyond failure on every set you will actually do less volume and reps then you would have had you not went past failure on every set.
