I started my KZbin channel after watching your Ladakh trip I realise that if you make someone happy by your content or anything then u also get happiness any how ... You are doing well .... I started my channel but I didn't have any laptop or computer for editing my videos. In your one of the video you said content is greater than what u spend on making that video or particular content that's why one day I pick my iPhone not iPhone X,or 8,7,6,5 I used my iPhone 4s to edit or record video. I recorded so many videos but still I have no suggestion which type of video I have to uploaded means informational,vlogging,tech or tech. I able to do all of these things I mentioned U r my inspiration..... Best of luck.... Thank you.

Nikhil sir... I am also suffering from the same shoulder problem. That shoulder popping sound and pain. This is due to ridding. I also ride motorcycle everyday around 84km while up down to my work. Ask any cyclist, the pain in the shoulder is due to the position of your shoulder and hands on the handlebar. There's correct stance which you need to have in order to absorb the shock from the handlebar. Though am still suspecting if the front suspension on your Triumph is working properly as it should absorb all the shocks coming from the roads and the potholes. Get a bike fit done as well if there is one for motor bikes where you can adjust the height of the handlebar. P.S. I am a mountain biker, though position of both motorbike and cycle is the same. So it should be the reason for your pain ! Also have faced same issues with my shoulder and it was after much research I got mine resolved.

Hey Nikhil .. really love your vlogs and all the content .. Big Fan ! well I am not a physio or something but I have been in the medic field for a pretty long time.. What i think about your shoulder is that when you are holding your camera for a prolonged period of time the muscles of your arm get stretched and they fix themselves in to that position .. like your arm raised high holding the cam .. but then when you ride you set your arm on a lower level like below your chest .. so your muscles get over-worked out because after you do the recording stuff you immediately start riding and then your muscles are supposed to be in a lower position for a prolonged time .. what i would suggest is after you finish up your recording give your arms and shoulders a bit of jerk so that the blood starts flowing in .. Well just because i thought this might help :D .. Keep doing what you're doing man .. you're amazing !

I have also same shoulder pain problem ......when i came from long ride and today i confirm that my pain is similar to nikhil because my Riding position same as nikhilbhai and my friend always told me that ki tu esa toda teda hoke kyu chalata hai so i think shoulder pain in the back side by the riding positions and holding handle bar for very long time in that position.

Nikhil bhai, when you sit somewhere for a long time without any backrest then your upper and lower back muscles work as stabilizers to make you sit straight, also your Traps are activated because you have to control your bikes handles, isiliye pain ho raha hai, try doing some stretching before riding.

Nikhil get yourself checked for scoliosis if you're having one side tilt of the shoulder and you can check for trapezitis "tension" might be due to overuse injury.
