(Inserts meme) One does not simply explain Tool in 3 minutes. That being said the fact that a 14 year old made this for a class assignment and covered that much information in 3 minutes is most impressive. Outstanding work especially having to deal w a 3 min time constraint. Also the fact that she knows so much about Tool at 14, that's parenting done right!

Fully agreed & well-stated!! I'm now over 50 -- Been blessed with discovering them WAYYY BACK in the early 90s -- Opiate days... I am in awe of how 4 men can affect so many fellow humans, and countless more to come -- It's literally mindblowing to me. They are separately, individuals who can be considered masters of their Arts, but together, they're one of the most powerful musical acts that's known to mankind. Be well. Spiral out. I dated a girl that clowned me for loving tool in high school.. after our nasty break up, we eventually became friends. I woke up to a text explaining that she finally saw what I saw in them, and that she was sorry she gave me so much grief over it. Most of the time it was just harmless banter and giving me a hard time, but when I woke up to that text a part of me felt so good. Hopefully one day your daughter gets the same interaction from some of her classmates, in time. She killed her research topic by the way!

It’s a feeling not many will understand, I dated a festival girl for a year. She was into a lot of different music. I grew up listening to tool and played it in my car one day. She looked disgusted and took a video for her Snapchat sent it to her friends. Two minutes later every one of her friends snap chatted her back saying “ that’s tool you better recognize bitch” granted this is when Snapchat just started but it validated why I love tool so much. I thought that this girl knew way more about good music than me for that day turn the tides she got so much grief. Don’t know what happened there but tool will always be the one band my son will grow up with
