I just want to tell you this is the first tool box your I ever watched. Didn't even know they existed. Thanks!!' Now hooked. Hundreds later and still watching. And your is still the best. I love how you explain specialty tools and why you got them.

I can't believe I just watched a 45 minute toolbox tour. Normally I get bored after five minutes. But y'all did an excellent job of explaining why you had some of the tools rather than just pointing out you had it. I learned stuff, like that I need more tools.

Nice tools man: I've been in the automotive business in one way or another around 30 yrs. Been at one Ford dealership 21 yrs. I love Snap-on tools but have never been in too much debt. I have a Snap-on KRL 1003 Snap-on toolbox full of lots of Snap-on tools and others. This kid is in deep debt and by how clean most of that stuff is I could tell he hasn't had them all that long. Over the years it get's more cluttered and crowded. I don't like to buy sets very often, just mainly the sizes I use most often first and add to that till the set is complete. I hate debt and have none yet have lots of quality tools. I bet this kid owes 10s of thousands to Snap-on, that would make me nervous. Good job guys.

awesome box and tools. still have to get mine done, Snap On master series, top, bottom, locker and 2 side cabs. I definitely saw a few things in there I need to get, will be talking to the Snap On guy next week. you mentioned about those impact swivel sockets that you've never broke one, I've sheared off a few of those laser welded pins, but in the 10 years I've had them, have only warrantied about 4 of them. have the whole set from 10mm to 24mm, only skips 20, and I've added a 12mm 12point and a 15mm deep. well over a thousand dollars Canadian in that set. the 12mm 12point swivel was the special tool I was sold back in like 2008 for the ford driveshaft bolts, then I was told about the new long tool in like 2012 when I warrantied the swivel. I have a set of Grey Pneumatic standard ones that look like that older one you showed that you set on top of the box. I wasn't going to spend the $700 For the Snap On set or even the $600 something for the Mac one, so I ordered that set and got if for like $360.that set of park brake cable pliers is such a life saver. always screwed around with the cables with like 2-3 sets of vice grips trying to get them apart. then Mac had a sale for a set, one for the cable and one for where they attach in the drum to the brake shoes. but they were only short handled ones, now leverage to get the really rusted and corroded cables apart. I complained and he said Mac didn't make long handle ones. then about a month later Snap On came out with those long handled ones so I snatched up a set.

I'm a professional mechanic. I've been wrenching for 30 years. My shop is full of Harbor Freight tools. Been using them for years. I've never broken one. Not one. I'm no idiot. A lot of the stuff at HF is junk. If it plugs into a wall buy the most expensive one they have and even then it may be iffy. The hand tools, wrenches, sockets, extensions, are fine just buy the best ones they have. The Xtreme Torque 1/2" air impact is a beast. The amount of money I have saved over buying Snap-On is staggering. Put that money in your pocket not the Snap-On truck.
@BruceAllentools6 жыл бұрын
I agree and still so many people on here knock you for using harbor freight. Bill, the owner of this box loves tools and it's a passion of his... he no obligations and can afford his tool collection and its his money and his choice... me, I try and look for deals and I for one can say that harbor freights better line of impact sockets work fine and I havent broken any as well... I have broken several harbor freight hand tools but the ones I use and break get put to work on a daily basis... I'm with you and feel that too many people care about the name on the tool. That being said though there are snap on tools that have their place. I use snap on for most of my hand tools but everything else is whatever works and is decent priced.

+Bruce Allen, Most Volvo models that I'm aware of, generally use a 17mm oil pan drain plug. Since I still have a 1997 850, these do use a 36mm C.V. axle socket. However, I believe that this was changed to a much smaller 14mm bolt with a large washer.

guys, bill is a good dude... so make sure to leave your feedback stating if you would like to see him in future videos or not. he thought he was going to be camera shy, but by the end of filming he was hooked and wanted to film more... actually he did just that. he filmed his black box on top, which i have to edit and put up as soon as he gives me the sd card. maybe we will make it like a duo thing, thos way here theres two prospectives on everything. could be fun.. we will have to see what happens and what you guys think. Thank you guys so much for all of the positive feedback this far. bills been really excited to do this so i busted my ass to kaoe sure it got put up for him tonight... hell, i even did it before my own. its dudes first video, so if youre thinking about saying some dickhead shit, please dont... because even if it means me losing subscribers then so be it.. youll be banned. constuctive criticism is always welcome, but theres a right and wrong way to go about it. again, thank you guys and we hope you enjoy the tour!

Is all that really necessary when there are adaptors that can make any one of the 3 sizes fit on any sized ratchet??
