Currently my favorite song of all time by any band of any genre. I consider myself an avid listener of music (especially rock). Been listening to various rock bands daily since youth (80s-90s) kid. I'm really into Sabbath, Maiden, NIN, Alice In Chains, The Melvins (all who, coincidentally enough, have toured with/friends with Tool & who has been inspired & gotten inspiration from) A lot of epic shit so it's always been hard for me to pick a "favorite". But fuck man there is something about this song I just can't get enough of. I don't really know quite sure where Maynard going with the lyrics but I imagine something about a sexual spiritual awakening or something. It's weird though. Out of all the bands I've adored through my 44 years I have never completely gotten out of my Tool phase. Been listening religiously since 1993.
