I think I saw a speck of dirt on your floor right close to the rear tire on your trailer. Could you get that cleaned up for me please? I can't stand a dirty shop - lol - - - Extra goggles: check - - - First Aid kit: check - - - Butt Floss: check - - - Dust Masks: check - - - Visine: Timmer needs to carry a bottle of that- - - Rain Suits: check - - - Tools: check (I probably carry too many) - - - Too many extra gloves: check - - - Tire gauge: check- - - Chain saw: check - - - Flashlight (or "torch" as the British say): check - - - Spare batteries: check - - - Tree strap: check - - - Knife: check (more than one, but why?) - - - Tow rope: check (more than one, but why?) - - - Tire plugs: check - - - Zip Ties: check - - - Air compressor: check (mine is a hand pump. takes up less space and ATV tires only need a couple lbs to run decent) - - - Extra stuff to fix my Polaris and CanAm buddies machines: CHECK - BAHAHAHA!!!! - - - Extra fuel: check - - - Winch: check - - - Looks like we carry pretty much all the same stuff. Although, in my cargo box there are several other items (that I've never used), which I classify as emergency items. Maybe I need to re-evaluate my emergency items - lol - - - Excellent video buddy! Thanx for sharin' that info with us.

Nice video. All the things you mentioned are very important things to have on a trial. I also carry a Taclife portable battery pack that will jump a dead battery, it has a 12v outlet in case the one on my ATV gives out, it has a flashlight built into it, and it can also charge devices. Great job bud. Take care.

My God man, that poor Yamaha is sporting all the branding flair for everyone EXCEPT YAMAHA! HAHAHA! I am a firm believer in the carrying of the tp. Better to have it and not need it to need it and not have it. Poison ivy is a horrible butt wipe. One of these days I'd like to go over my machines and put together concentrated tool kits for each of them. Not really necessary for me to be carrying around a bunch of allens and like 5.5mm sockets and stuff that aren't used on the machines. I will say that that's one of the convenient things with BMW bikes. You can dismantle those things with like 3 different sockets. So I really like running beadlocks. I carry plugs, but lately I've thought about carrying a tube and a valve stem tool. Idk if it's practical, but if you get a bad hole, I'd feel a lot better on a tube than some of these patches people come up with. I'm sure as hell not taking the time to gently massage my beadlock ring Into place by hand with a torque wrench though either. I guess they all have their trade off. I really liked your idea with that gas can carrier. Great video sir. Was the CO trip this year? Upcoming series to look forward to? Count me in for that.
@kcatv9556
@kcatv9556 2 жыл бұрын
Hey Ron Haha Nope, Poison ivy leaf is not good but wipe. LOL Yeah figuring out what type of tools you might need for each particular machine is a good idea, that way you’re not carrying a bunch of extra stuff. I don’t think I really carry all that much compared to some other folks. No Colorado trip this year just going to go to Arkansas and do a little woods riding. Thanks for checking out the video buddy appreciate your support as always!

@kcatv9556

We change the oil every 50 hours. Depends on what machine you have how often the CVT belt needs changed. I have no idea how often you should change the belt on a king quad.
