Sure, relatively easy if you're already an advanced drummer who's been playing for many years but most beginners or even intermediate players will probably struggle on 99% of their songs excluding ones like Stinkfist or Schism(which are still not particularly easy songs when looking from the general scope of rock songs)

(My quick take:) They have always been "progressive" but not for the sake of being so... from the raw beginning sounds in the Opiate time frame to the amazingly, beautifully, produced Fear Inoculum, they have stayed their own band with their own sound and "feel" throughout.
