I am really sick of people who whine and bitch about how long it has taken for a new album. In my opinion it would be ignorant and selfish to expect anything from a group of artists that have enough respect for what they do as musicians to not push out records that they are not happy with. This is the reason why this is my favourite band. I don’t want anything that is done just for the sake of doing it. I would rather wait for a quality record than a mediocre one. Music is a art and anything worthwhile takes time. No band owes me or anyone else anything. Patients is a virtue of the respectful.

Hey E.T Thanks for posting such awesome stuff. I've been a fan of these guys since about 1990. First saw them in 2001 I was too far away. They closed the concert with lateralus. I told myself that I would never sit that far away again for Tool. Then I saw them in February of 2012 in Miami and sat in the second row right in front of Justin. Fear inoculum is one of the greatest pieces of work ever created. Best concert of my life obviously. Thanks for all these raw cuts. I'll take them with me to heaven.😅

Anyone thinking this is new Tool work doesn't understand the band at all. 10,000 Days was so fundamentally different from anything they had previously recorded and every album before. Each went so far beyond what came before. The new album will not disappoint I'm sure. But if you're wanting early to late 90s Tool go.listen to those albums because you're going to be sorely mistaken. I guarentee it.

95% of all of these are just extended versions and reinterpretations of current songs that tool plays during live sets. Then there's some sound checks that are in there, and it's not even Adam playing LMAO ... the only one that could be considered a new song is the descending thing that is floating around the internet, and I'm not even convinced that is really a tool song, but rather a riff that was cut and left of the floor as a morsel scrap for Hungry tool fans. Because any long-term fan knows the tool does not, has not, and will not put out leaks of their music until it is ready for the masses. I don't believe that a band who has followed this path for over 20 years would all the sudden change this process or how they do things ... with that said I am ready for the new Tool album!
