beleive it or not this is probably one of the easiest tool songs to play the bass and sing at the same time, still impressive anyways. (I know you comments old but whatever)
@shmergulflargamish76868 жыл бұрын
Strange Kitchen Appliances How? Your singing in 9/8, and alternating between all sorts of crazy time signatures on the bass. If any thing, it's probably the hardest.
@strangekitchenappliances23148 жыл бұрын
+Shmergul Flargamish the vocals are almost mimicking the exact pattern of the bass and guitar just less notes or in vocals less syllables, I even find a song as simple as sober harder to play and sing at the same time but when you get into songs like the pot and 46 and 2 and opiate you get into hard to do territory.
@rbbeagan8 жыл бұрын
Strange Kitchen Appliances, I'm no musician, just the Dad of the singer/bassist. It sounds pretty difficult to me. Keep in mind these guys were 16 at the time. But, I do have a video of him singing and playing on The Pot on my channel as well.

Playing the schism bassline while singing isn’t bad if you practice enough, but playing the schism bassline flawlessly for 7 minutes while singing every note perfectly with extraordinary inflection in time with a guitarist and drummer is a major accomplishment I can do the former I cannot do the latter
