Thanks much! I don't comment often. Since I own four Subarus, I was very glad to have found your channel and to be following along. We've had a lot of trouble with our 2014 Forester, but the others so far have done very well. I think I owned a Made in Japan pliers that I got in the 70s. Otherwise I've owned primarily U.S. made tools. I'm going to have to check out these brands. Those Vessel screwdrivers look almost too nice to use and appear very ergonomic. I love Vessel Gold, and would like to find out how much I like them. Mostly keep the videos coming as I need all the insight i can get.

Your shop is becoming very authentic. I work on Japanese motorcycles, and people, please use Japanese screw drivers... it looks like a common Philips screw driver works, but it is DIFFERENT (taper angle)! Almost all the used Japanese bikes I worked on came with stripped Philips head screws... wonder why? I learned the hard lesson by myself, so I know why!

I Love Vessel Gold I wish more people knew about those JIS screwdrivers. Philips would strip a lot of rusty JIS screws like the brake rotor screws on Hondas.

Those ratchets are EXACTLY like my Blackhawk ratchets. Which I got from Amazon a few years ago. I believe they were made in Taiwan.

Them TONE ratchet adapter is something I could’ve used a week ago, that’s some innovation, and that long handle was a great deal. let’s hope that it can take some torque and hold up fine. And lastly congratulations on the channel growth 🥳🎉🎉

I also have Tone 1/4 and 3/8 adapter for ratcheting wrench. I use with SK X frame with SK 12point 10mm 1/4 for rocker cover gasket or coil pack. The backlash is extremely smooth on X frame.

I Love Koken Rachets. I'm just trying to get a double entry for a Koken ratchet drop. The 4 way (if that's what you call it) Koken is the Snap On for a flat tire. I wish tbey had a scissor jack equal to it's quality. Then I could stop at every flat tire I see, and tell them, "it's okay mam/sir, just let a professional fix it. I used to be a jackman for a NASCAR team." Anyway, nice looking screw drivers. Vessel...I never can remember all those Japanese brands. The hand grip resembles how they cut old school wooden handle screw drivers. They'd look good in a wooden frame mounted on the wall of your shop.

I Love Vessel Gold. I actually have some standard green/black handled Vessel JIS screwdrivers that I got a few years ago after I became aware of the difference between regular phillips vs JIS screws. At the time they were not easy to find but now are more available. FWIW, I have a 2015 Scion FR-S but I live in California, opposite coast.

I love vessel gold. It’d be cool to learn the the background history of koken I just seen on their website about 4th generation owned. Awesome…. As you finished the end of the video with the up close comparison, I swear that tone ratchet looks extremely similar to the power built ratchets , I think the fat handle grip was turn 90 degrees but awesome like the compact head!

Not that I've seen. I know Ko-ken lists working torque ranges for their tools in the catalog. Hazet lists ratchet torque maxes as well. I'll have to check out the TONE catalog to see if they do as well.
