When you spoke about the feelings of answering a phone call and being triggered and then you said, “their stuff is theirs to carry and not your own”. That hit me immediately. I’ve been working on that too. Thanks for always being so open and sharing your experiences.

Sami, this couldn't have come at a better time. I've also been carrying stuff with my parents that aren't my own to carry, especially when it comes to them calling me and getting me in the middle. It was such a relief to hear you say that and I felt the tension immediately leave my body. Thank you ❤

Sami! I LOVED THIS video. As a massage therapist it is so important to get in tune with listening to your body and those aches and pains are trauma no matter how long ago or small it was or may be needs to be released! Makes my heart to happy. I hope people can follow you and learn all about this. ❤ so much love and gratitude

Listening to your body is the ultimate goal. I have found self love hard but love who I am and how I feel when practicing it, learning to not absorb everything from the people we love is a work in progress but journeys take time. Thankyou for choosing to share this journey with us, you resonate so clearly ❤

I really appreciate you sharing how you sometimes struggle taking on the role of making sure everyone around you is okay. I have a parent that tends to come to me frequently with their frustrations of life without considering if I am even emotionally capable of taking on what they are sharing with me. I often feel that they disregard how I am doing or learning anything about me as our conversations tend to be a place for them to dump on me. I feel everything very deeply and I often get in difficult places feeling like there is so much responsibility on me to keep everyone around me happy.

Honestly I love you showing all of these breathwork and somatic practices, it really helps normalize it bc when you first start it feels so so silly to do but it truly helps heal trauma and dysregulated nervous system :)

So inspiring journey my love! So proud of you how calmly and settle within yourself you are discussing your toughest moments! Thank you for giving me the permission to ask my body and listen. It made my day :) Couple of months ago I started to set really firm boundaries with my family and oh boy .. i don’t know why nobody is talking about that! Boundaries with family members are crucial for your evolving and transforming! So my new boundary is “ I am here for you but that doesn’t mean that you can access me always on your time and circumstances. I have no duty to be accessible all the time” So i am giving you the permission to always be accessible first to yourself! And to listen your intuition, it never lies girl! You have a lot! Much love! ❤

Sam, I felt like I lived with you through it, I have the same things going on and try to help myself and love myself with the help of you guys, FORM meditations, affirmations and working out with you. You give me soooo much great energy. I don’t know how you can be loved more but after this video I felt like we were from the same family and I love you like a sister. I know the same feelings of the phone call hesitations, noticing that people felt your energy and everything else. I am so proud of who you are and you are an incredible “live” human being!

yes. I hear you about the call. you're talking about instinct. its good to listen to your instinct. With family there is a balance, but when you are like we are; and running our own constantly, we do need to do whats right for ourselves. what you do is hit them about later on down the line when its better for you. dont wait a year to call someone, but call them later. you are full of love dont be hard on yourself.

Thank you! I thought I was the only one, it’s like the deeper she’s into this self improvement journey she’s just seeking more and more new age practices that are trendy or aesthetic to people, but I’m sure out of desperation. She’s doing more harm than good. If these things actually worked, people wouldn’t complicate their lives with longer routines and what else can I do or constantly adding and changing things. I don’t care how “Christian” I sound, Jesus really is the way to truly heal.
