I am a BMW Master with 45 years in the job. I only have oil filter tools and spark plug socket. Maybe one or two other bits to save me going to the tool boards but basically BMW make Dealers provide the special tools. I still spend a fortune on things like he said for alignment spanner’s etc but they are not specific. Seems a nice bloke good luck👍

It all depends on what type of engine you have if you should wait. Is it DOHC, OHC, or not?

ALMNI just dress professionally. I recently got a job at Nissan as an entry level tech. They’ll ask you basic questions about your experience and knowledge in the field. Good luck!

Maintenance reminder calling for oxygen sensor but does not specify which oxygen sensor. So Is it both sensors or usually just the up stream one.

Hello well you are my last hope seriously. I got 03 bmw x5 3.0. I'm having codes for ignition cylinder on all cylinders. I change spark plugs, fuel Injectors, ignition coil, and fuel filter..after all that codes still present...any advice would be VERY appreciate thanks you an advance

X5, 3.0, would it be a diesel? I'm guessing not since you said spark plug but just in case. It could be a a CBI issue, or the DDE is just flipping out. Try asking for your supervisor to help you out

@@SuperVarunan This is a senseless conversation. Not all tools are equal. I have Craftsman, Snap-On and Blue Point spark plug sockets and I can easily tell the difference between them, and their usefulness in differences in different situations.

When starting don’t worry too much about the brand. Wait till you see what tools you use a lot then maybe invest in a better brand. I have a little of everything I’ve acquired along the way, harbor freight, snap on, MAC, cornwell, Matco, Milwaukee. The brand of tool isn’t going to make you any better or less than the next guy remember that!
