Hey mate, Stony Creek Day use area up near Woodford QLD is another hidden GEM, you may want to check it out if you haven't already. Rocky Hole in Mt Mee national park is another gem too.

Hi Tristan, it is indeed my friend, I have been going there for 20 odd years and strangely enough shot a video there last month which airs in a few weeks! Yeah Rocky Hole is a cracker of an area in general hey, Neurum Creek camping area up there is great too and there are a load of sealed bush tracks you can adventure on up that way as well. Understandable if you don't want people going there because you want to preserve the place but different strokes for different folks. Personally I love going there for a kayak and to just sit on the beach and chill. There is always a balance with these things, people in smaller communities like this who run small businesses look forward to the tourist trade but at the same time don't want too many people there. If you find it to be such a terrible place why live there?
