Amazing as always! Is there difference between dental gold and normal gold? I know 18k gold is 18parts pure gold and 6 parts other metal eg. nickel, silver, copper, zinc is dental gold the same? or has to be a special blend of gold and other metals for your mouth?

we use a gold alloy with a high gold content with 75.1% gold. Dental gold is very stable in the mouth and biocompatible. it contains no nickel and little silver

Wieso macht ihr auf das Kunststoff nochmal eine schicht Wachs? Mich inspirieren eure Videos und ich bin sehr geneigt dazu selbst damit anzufangen, bitte weiter so nicen Kontent liefern :)

Das Wachs verwenden wir zusätzlich, weil es sich leichter und besser modellieren lässt. Außerdem dient es als Puffer für den späteren Gießprozess. Der Kunststoff bläht sich beim erhitzen auf und würde Sprünge in der Gießmuffel verursachen. Das Wachs verhindert dieses.

Das rote Material ist Pattern Resin von der Firma GC. Der Kunststoff verbrennt rückstandsfrei ab einer Temperatur von 250 grad Celsius
