Sir doctor placed cap in lower molar and adjusted upper molar(i felt pain also) now I am feeling sensation in upper molar teeth. What should I do.

Since the upper is already adjusted, all u can try is to use some desensitising paste for a month, apply it over the affected area for 5 min , then brush with the same paste, repeat twice a day, u will see result in 10-12 days hopefully.
