this is the most underrated music channel on KZbin and I can say it enough. there’s real passion for the music, great comedy, and a rational approach to talking about the music, giving more praise and positive feedback than negative, and definitely never bashing what other people worked hard to create (which I guess isn’t relevant to this video particularly, but). your opinions are well crafted and something i can actually rely on and agree with more often than not. i am so glad i can watch your content, and i really hope others find it so they can feel the same.

Reviewers like you and Anthony Fantano turned me on to Charli XCX and, honestly, it's completely changed my outlook on Pop music and electronic music in general. I grew my formative music discovery around Beach House, Death Grips, and PC Music. Once I figured out that SOPHIE and A G Cook had helped Charli transform Pop into something so stunning fun and beautiful, I think I'm having some new musical Renaissance. I went from Charli to Dorian Electra, Caroline Polachek, Hannah Diamond, 100 Gecs and the like. I'm so grateful to have been brought into this niche of pop music. It's just so stimulating and so uniquely tantalizing to my ears. Also Igor is a bonified masterpiece. I had only observed Tyler the Creator from a distance, as I don't really listen to a whole lot of rap or hip-hop, but Igor absolutely entranced me because if it's use of funk infused with hip-hop. The beautiful mixing and production. It's pretty astounding how far Tyler has come through his career.

2019 was a surprisingly solid year all around in terms of the music that was released. With the end of the decade looming around the corner, I wanted to end this year on a good note with a solid list. So here are what I think are the *TOP 10 ALBUMS OF 2019* (this’ll also include the scores of which I gave each album) 10. Rammstein’s untitled seventh album (82/100) 9. Cuz I Love You - Lizzo (84/100) 8. Jesus Is King - Kanye West (85/100) 7. Fear Inoculum - Tool (87/100) 6. ZUU - Denzel Curry (87/100) 5. Fishing for Fishies - King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard (87/100) 4. IGOR - Tyler, The Creator (89/100) 3. Infest the Rats’ Nest - King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard (90/100) 2. Trust in the Lifeforce of the Deep Mystery - The Comet is Coming (91/100) 1. Titanic Rising - Weyes Blood (99/100) If y’all have any questions or opinions about this list, feel free to comment, and I’ll gladly respond.
