Well it isn’t.....if you call someone Bill no one’s thinking about a duck’s beak. .....these names mean other things but no one makes the connection. India...Jordan...Paris, these names are quite popular but they aren’t given as tributes to the places, most of the time I doubt the parents have even been there, they’re just names.

The Game Detective ....some place names do have a reason for being chosen other than the parents just like the sound of them, the one you referenced Brooklyn......to name a kid after the place they were conceived I find a bit crass and silly to be honest......if it caught on where I live you’d have kids called ‘ back seat of car’ or ‘Behind town hall’! The Kim Woodburn interview was my absolute favourite. Loved how she had no issue telling Phil to his face how much she was being paid on CBB was none of his business, and then when he played the victim card, she ended the interview by calling him a phoney. Amazing 🤣
