Isle of Man TT 2 and 3 are open map motorcycle games where you can pick your roads (but can't drive off road), but Ride 1 through 5 are definitely not open map or open world, though I wish it offered an open map in addition to the tracks. The Crew 2 is open world with bikes but online only. Test Drive Unlimited 1 was open world with motorcycles, as is Burnout Paradise with the DLC bikes. Sadly, real world manufactured motorcycles are often DLC in open world games.

With that being said, I bought drive club a few weeks ago for $5, knowing to not expect online play and I was amazed. Would kill for an open world drive club type game. The physics are a perfect balance of sim with arcade. Not full sim like GT7, but not full on arcade like NFS.
