I never realised I was claustrophobic until I started jujitsu. It's getting better but sometimes it gets uncomfortable. All part of the journey. Thanks

This is normal as I do juijitsu as well and know the feeling of claustrophobia, but you get used to it and it’s one of the things juijitsu teaches you in the real world, another example being discipline.

@@MMALeech Mercí my dude 🙏 I feel that. I'm definitely very excited to get started. So far I've got Braz JJ to start (unless you include my 3 years of traditional kenpo almost a decade ago) then I hope to focus on Boxing and/or Muay Thai, after that is Krav Maga, and finally I'd like to train in modernized Aikido and probably definitely develop my own techniques/version. I've also considered Judo after Aikido. What do you think of this mix? These are the ones that have attracted my attention and in the order I'm hoping to learn them. Wishing you the best of happiness, fulfillment, and success dudebro. You totally deserve it! 💯🔥🙌

I’m a powerlifter starting jiujitsu next week. I took some classes a few years ago and I roll with my husband for fun sometimes but I mostly use my strength to just ‘muscle around’ basically. But also, I’m hyper mobile so I feel like I just flail everywhere. In fact, I KNOW I do because my husband talks about it. I accidentally hurt him constantly... so I’m nervous I’m going to be a burden because I’m a danger in my own way😂

Asking any experienced BJJ experts!! I just started my second class of Gi Bjj and rolled with someone who was a purple belt he had about 100lbs or over on me. As an inexperienced player I don't know to many submissions so at this point I just try and survive. This purple belt was submitting me like nothing it got to a point where the he cranked my knee so bad I felt a popping sensation. Is this normal or was he an ass and going to hard on a new member. Thoughts?
