(That's the usual guideline; if the minor dates someone 5 or more years older than they are, it's statutory rape because the minor cannot legally consent.) If his will leaves everything to his older kids " Ivanka ". and that prevision was never changed with their new marriage... she will only get what he decides to leave her... or what they jointly own... Hollywood prenups and preexisting living wills can be iron clade nightmares to second, third, and forth wives...and their children.. A lot of the time the husband will leave the newest younger children something in trust that they cant get until they are 35yrs old or older.. That the mother can not spend it before the children are old enough to decide what should be done with their inheritance.
