I got that MTD-130 after watching this channel (available only in black bezel here in India) for under $80 and it has already become my favorite ( it is liked by everyone who has seen it) ! I also have a Duro and MTD-125 and quite a few Enticers under $20 which I like very much. All in all, I’ve about 40 Casios - Digital, Analog, Ana-Digi and G-Shocks - and I’m in awe of their VFM !

I have that Zelos but in a Meteorite dial. Ran $629.00. My top grail is my TAG Glass Box (39 mm, 300M , etc.) I have the blue one with the date at the 6:00. The TAG is more than 10 times the cost of my Zelos but I truly love it as much as my Carrera. Great channel Bud. Carry on :-) (& yep, I want a Kueo Old Smith (?)

It was your review that brought the Casio to my attention. Really wanted one but couldn't find one ANYWHERE at near-retail price in the UK. Ended up picking one up passing through a random airport in the middle east on sale for what worked out at around £40. Sorted 👍 Then put a lovely black-with-green-stripe NATO on it 👌

Great video. Love the Casio “alpinist” but 44mm….😬. Great comment regarding men’s/women’s watches. “Womens” is synonymous with small/quartz/pink…… No one calls the 36mm explorer a women’s watch…. I’m so glad I’m finding more companies making that mid range more available. Great video!!

A nice selection. The Casio "Tank" looks great, apart from the second hand. The Casio "Alpinist" (also a nice looking watch) is clearly inspired by the Seiko Tortoise, which has the same markers, a much less subtle compass bezel than the Alpinist, and the date at 4:30. The main similarity with the Alpinist is the internal bezel. The standout for me (already having a Tortoise), is the Koue, for it's unique looks.

Love the Kuoe watch brand, just wish their watches were bigger. There only one model that 38mm in diameter, while most are at 35mm. My wrist is big.

All these watches are gorgeous! A smaller and thinner watch is what I wear when doing construction work with the dial turned to the inside of my wrist. In compromised situations, I have killed watches when using my watch hand as a dead blow hammer. Now I understand resin, titanium, digital, and shock proof designs. Thank you!

It's a beautiful watch... But it has one of the sketchiest movements I've ever seen. It's about the size of a pea and basically impossible to replace. I'd personally go for any old school 5 over it

Variety, I suppose. Some of the designs from the big brands are super nice! Sometimes, they're worth paying for :) But generally, I agree with you. Hence why I mostly operate in the sub $1000 range!
