@VonWenk6 жыл бұрын
Isn't Room with a View a comedy? I think Day-Lewis also did a movie called Stars and Bars.
@FirebirdCamaro12206 жыл бұрын
Day-Lewis finally retired I've heard (and with like 10 or less films under his belt to boot)

How about his painfully awkward standup routine in Raging Bull lol Note: It was supposed to be like that, Jake LaMotta was a great boxer, but was about as funny and likeable as ovarian cancer

Gene Hackman, the blind monk in Young Frankenstein. "You're a mute (pat, pat). An incredibly big mute." He adlibbed that line.
I'm I going insane? Colin Farrell for Horrible Bosses? Really? If that wasn't bad enough, "Up until this point, Farrell was mostly known for being a dramatic heart throb. But that all changed with a devastating comb-over and a jaw-dropping performance as a dipshit, coke-head son." Two words, IN BRUGES!

Tropic Thunder is hilarious! I own the DVD and I've watched it at least 5 or 6 times over the years. Robert Downey Jr., Jack Black etc. they are all great!
@wayneredd29775 жыл бұрын
Robert Downey Jr. is another serious actor who is super funny in Tropic Thunder. Very underrated comedy
@bradenervold69936 жыл бұрын
Your wrong about Robert De Niro's best comedic role. It's clearly 1982's The King of Comedy. That is your number 1.

"Ah, but we used to joke together, mom and me... until the tears would stroll down her face... and she would throw up! Yeah, and who would clean it up? Not dad. He was too busy down at O'Grady's... throwing up on his own. Yeah. In fact, until I was 13 I thought throwing up was a sign of maturity. While the other kids were off in the woods sneaking cigarettes... I was hiding behind the house with my fingers down my throat. The only problem was I never got anywhere... until one day my father caught me. Just as he was giving me a final kick in the stomach for luck... I managed to heave all over his new shoes! "That's it", I thought. "I've made it. I'm finally a man!""
