I love evolutions. It was one of the first sets I remember collecting back when it was in every collection box it's the only set I've ever completed. I still have around 30 sealed packs that I'll open one day maybe. It's cool to see how the cards are doing. Nice video!

It’s amazing to see how little the English evolutions fetch in comparison to the Japanese cp6 equivalent, that would be an awesome top 10 comparison video, the pikachu ex is a super rare in the cp6 set which there is only 1 for sale in psa10 for £1500 gbp right now 😵

Them evolutions will go up I’m value when the kids if today get into there 20s to 30s and they want to buy them again just like the 20 to 30 year olds are now all going back to buy what they couldn’t get as a kid or the big one is to reminisce of being a kid again, I wouldn’t be surprised if these cheap PSA 10 s weren’t worth more than 10 to 20 times them prices in 10 to 15 years invest $20k could up over a million dollars

I actually have a 7 out of 10 of these cards in excellent condition. Never cared to send them into PSA as I couldn't justify the price to myself for cards that seemed...soooo common when Evolutions came out back in 2016.

I know print quality for this set not the best but PSA is brutal with the grades. Out of all the reverse holos I pulled I only sent in the best ones. Only got one 10. Rest were 9s. IMO if u get a 10 stay firm in your price. Packs are like $15 and grading fee never getting lower than $20 when they finally bring value back. And chances are they’ll get a 9

People have no idea the potential value of this set. The low pop PSA 10 holos are going to be really low considering the quality is really trash to begin with. My bet is XY evolutions is one of the last reprints of the base set as A SET. The only time I can see them reprinting another base set is maybe during the 50th anniversary which will put XY evolutions in a vintage status by the time it comes out.

I love the evolutions set and I actually only opened a couple packs ever but I do have a surfing pikachu 111/108, a machamp 58/108, and a Mewtwo 51/108 and I also have some other cards and they’re worth about 3k psa10

The Holos did so well in evolutions obviously because nostalgia and the cut of evolutions cards were really poor so low pop and the holo pattern is really nice. Please Pokemon company bring back the shiny starry holo patterns

Evolutions was the most overprinted set in Pokemon history as well as had the worst printing conditions. I think the only reason Evolutions holos aren't graded more is cause collectors like me still think of them as very cheap cards as well as PSA submissions being extremely expensive right now so other cards are prioritized. I firmly believe that Evolutions is a pretty bad investment with singles cause once PSA opens their doors to low priced economy tiers, the pops will explode!

Course slab evolutions market crashed I mean evolutions was extremely over printed and everyone and there sister where sending in cards to be slab to a point psa stopped accepting orders😳 Now plp are receiving there slabs back and naturally the market has become flooded. I truly feel bad for those who bought psa 10 last year🙏 imagine paying $4000 for zard psa 10 only to see one sell for $1900🤦‍♂️ heart breaking indeed. I believe the hype train for evolutions has derailed
