@@Danit.Talkscentswithme a friend of mine wore it when she was 17 which to me now is so strange because to my nose then but also now it's a little more mature perfume. I mean not for a teenager. It has a cinnamon and fruity and sweet vibe. I loved it. It was so cozy but not in a way like "on my pj's and a hot cocoa" or either "in a sweater and warm clothes"...to me it was cozy but sooo elegant. I'm thinking of buying a bottle for myself now.

Speaking of fragrances and memories, my Mother wore Casmir years ago and I kept that cute shaped bottle still full of perfume as a keepsake. But her favorite perfume of all was Estee Lauder Youth Dew. To this day, the closet in her bedroom still smells like Youth Dew. Oh the beautiful, sweet memories.

It’s amazing the impact fragrance makes. My mom had her signature scents but her purse smell is what my siblings and I loved the most. Leather and wrigglies spearmint gum mixed with her white florals...forever, it will bring back warm emotions!!

Givenchy Organza has cinnamon. My mother use to wear it when I was in middle or high school. I wouldn’t mind owning a bottle for myself. Dior Dolce Vita also has cinnamon and I have been having an eye on it for some time now.

Those are some wonderful fall scents. Nirvana Rose has been a favourite of mine for many years. It is very dark and sexy. I am very sad it has been discontinued. One of the beautiful things about fragrance is that they make memories so much more vivid.

Well it’s listed in the top notes but really, all I smell in the opening is tuberose. As it dries down, although the tuberose is still there, it gets spicy enough to make me happy!! Thanks for watching 😊

Just found your channel. I imagine we’re close in age. I turned 50 this summer and have decided to let my hair go grey. In the transition phase now. Yours is gorgeous! I’ve enjoyed perfume for awhile, but my collecting really ramped up this year. I think the pandemic has done that to a lot of us. I love your personality and the way you describe scents. I agree with you on the Sugared Cherry Crisp from BBW. Some cherry goes like cough syrup, but this is pure gourmand. I also get the Tom Ford Lost Cherry resemblance. Have you heard of Fragrenza? Maria Collett my color was lighter, kind of a honeyed light brown, so not as much of a contrast with the grey. It’s a love/hate. I love that it feels healthier, but I am struggling with feeling/looking older. But getting older is a privilege! I think I will be able to judge best once it’s all grown out and I live with it awhile. BTW, I meant to suggest a cinnamon perfume to you - Givenchy Organza Indecence. You can find the original formulation on eBay (in a bottle that sort of looks like Princess Leia) but it’s very expensive. Of course everyone says the original was best, but I’ve tried the reformulation in the rectangular bottle and I honestly think it’s still great! It’s been described as smelling like cinnamon buns. To me it kind of smells like Pumpkin Spice. I think the notes include cinnamon, orange, vanilla and patchouli.

Fully agree with you on Olympea ....the classic version is more summer than the intense that I find autumn. Alien essense is more opulent than the original , but has vanilla ....like so many others , while Alien is unique and recognizable! For me number one💜

Maria, if you want cinnamon, definitely try Rose All Dae. It's a bit challenging and not everyone loves it - so try a sample. I love it. It smells like mulled wine and apple pie. Holidays in a bottle. Highly recommended.

Smelling "freakin' fabulous" is...freakin' fabulous!! I am LOVING my Olympea Intense & it's going to be even MORE amazing in the fall!! Maria, I finally picked up a bottle of Sofia last week & I was a bit disappointed. I found the lasting power almost non-existent. It smelled great - for a few minutes, and then....I didn't. Hello there! I enjoyed your video and your bright spirit. A scent that has a very prominent cinnamon note is “L di Lolita Lempicka”. I personally enjoy that scent, but it can be challenging because of the immortelle in it. But if you enjoy unique scents and cinnamon, you might enjoy it. Now, on a sad note, it is a discontinued scent 😔. But do some research, it does pop up from time to time at some discount stores

My fall fragrance haul came in yesterday. Yes Burberry Her Intense is a serious dupe for Maison Francis Kurkdijan- Baccarat Rouge 540. I did a video on it. Other KZbinrs say the same as well. 95% Burberry Her Intense is a dupe if you want to save your money from purchasing MFK Baccarat Rouge 540. Dolce & Gabbana The Only One Intense is a beast mode fragrance!
