The 765LT's time by DragTimes is the ROLLOUT time. Same deal happened with the Plaid. Actual time for that car is around 9.3 - 9.7 seconds. Which means before the lights went down the car was now moving. The actual for the 765LT time is the same as the 720S.

the slower 0-60 car is accelerating faster as it goes along, the faster 0-60 doesn't have enough power or drive train setup to keep accelerating at the same rate,, like the Bugatti , doesn't launch as fast but it keeps getting faster and faster as it goes

Just because the 992 Turbo S beat the 720s in a 1/4 drag race does not mean it is faster. It is still nowhere as fast as the 720s (or even the Ferrari F8 Tributo and 488 Pista).

@@kingslear676 Yup! Because of its AWD advantage, the 911 (992) Turbo S can beat the 720s in a 1/4 mile drag race (from a standstill) out on the streets. But that doesn't mean it is faster. Because, if the check the 1/4 mile trap speed of both cars, you will find that the 720s is faster by (at least) 7mph. And that is just over the 1/4 distance (which isn't very far). If both cars are to continue down the 1/2 mile, the 720s mph lead will increase. That means the 720s develops speed significantly quicker than the 992 Turbo S. And at the dragstrip, where it is much closer in terms of grip/traction advantage, the 720s will destroy the 992 Turbo S. Also, I'm not sure if you're aware of the fact that even the 600LT beats the 992 Turbo S in some performance metrics (like 100-200km/h) for example. And that car is older and feature less power than the 992 Turbo S.

yea this guy is off, the 720s mclaren at 1000hp did a 10.6 on regular tires without favored condition, easily the faster cars on this list for your average consumer who does not know how to drag race is a 918 and chiron all day, because of the awd they have access to more hp on launch without wheel spin, yes there is a video of a laferrari doing a 9.9 second 1/4 but that was a favored condition just right in the mid summer time, but if your average person buys a laferrari on the street with bad conditions and a regular road, same for agera or p1, due to rwd, they will spin like crazy and most likely never hook up, and probably would need a full 6 seconds to hit 100mph safely at least.

@@sssssss8946 nope mind you dragstrip times are only theoretically claimed, the laferrari is said to be able to do 186mph in 15 seconds, does not mean you can do that on the street all day every day, usually the cars on civilian roads are going to be a couple seconds slower than theoretical claims from the manufacturers. usually the awd cars like 918, veyron and chiron, lambos, can do the times they claim because they dont need to limit HP in there early gears to hook up, they are just awd and can do that, the RWD usually only shines during roll racing.

koenigsegg does not dominaite in the launch off the ground of 1/4 world sadly, from a realistic stand point, people who dont know about drag racing one regular guy should be able to use a aventador SV stock and smoke just about any koenigsegg on the 1/4 on civilian roads without a doubt, the rolls is the only place were RWD hyper cars will shine, koen is in no way to claim a spot in the top 15 even 1/4
