Glad to see Danny Rose on there. He is an absolute MONSTER with 3 poi!

Agreed! I wasn't super familiar with his work before he made the list but then one of the great parts of doing this project is I learn about new spinners who blow my mind every year :)

Agreed. Besides just being insanely technical. His spinning is ungodly symmetrical.

Since Drex hosts the voting it's a conflict of interest for him to be eligible for the list. He is the only person to make the favorites list every year.
@MedleysMoto514 жыл бұрын
Dan Betlejewski he also has the largest following.... so that probably helps his votes
@MedleysMoto514 жыл бұрын
Also I’m pretty sure he’s never made number #1 so he’s not screwing with the poles....
@thepoifessor4 жыл бұрын
Nick Woolsey has more subscribers than Drex and he has never made the list. Just saying it's definitely a conflict of interest.
@JMartJr4 жыл бұрын
I'd vote for both of them. If it worries you, organize a list of your own with such voting rules as seem right to you.
@DrexFactor4 жыл бұрын
Well first up, Nick did make the list back in 2013. I'm also kind of baffled by the suggestion. I got this idea from Luke Burrage's Top 40 Jugglers video and to the best of my knowledge he has also made the list every year but never been accused of conflict of interest. It'd certainly help if there was a channel that was generically devoted to flow arts that wasn't centered around any single spinner but existed to document the art--clearly that would be the ideal version of this project but that currently doesn't exist and I don't see a strong push on anyone's part (including yours) to make such a thing a reality. If I can be real with you, I'm also a little offended by the insinuation. Both Chris Kelly and Tim Goddard have made the list every year aside from the first one yet you're not suggesting that either one of them be barred from being a part of it. I produce two KZbin videos and at least 4 pieces of Instagram content per week. I work my butt off to create content to help people discover and enrich their exploration of this art and it kind of sucks to be told that that work is undeserving of recognition.
