The Misconception that Viol2t can’t play Ana is still insane to me

Hé is mechanically capable… he hates the style and positioning etc. Like we have seen it now and again but he just hits every single shot but then stands in the most aggressive throwing positions known to man and also just uses every single cooldown for a kill and then has nothing left for his team or himself.

@@nexesses1548 honestly he never never had a reason to play her considering he always has had an ana with him as well. Twilight, Finn last year(although the did play the ana when Finn was on zen sometimes and Shu this year

absoutely insane that these guys have kariv in top 10, yet creative is nowhere to be seen, even in hm. creative has been so solid for many years. had an insane ana, and was really underrated on bap and zen. and is also one of the best kiriko players. i'd say top 3 easily on kiriko after fielder and viol2t

To be fair, creative's bap, zen, Moira, and illari were pretty much nowhere to be seen in those 4 years. What he has in mechanical skill, he lacks in flexibility

Unanimously Viol2t, Fielder, Shu, Twilight and Izayaki have to be top 5… like idc about the rest of anyone’s list but if those aren’t in your top 5 you are faded af. Alarm would have made it but we can’t rate him for what would have been.

surprised Creative wasn’t a mention he played for 4 years was always an s tier Ana, and has a very good Kiri in the s5 playoffs.

mmm. I would have had him in the 10th slot, just because for 1 season he wasn't really all that good, he wasn't bad, but he was pretty mediocre overall, I think it was the year after him and Seoul made the finals. But after that season he performed pretty well and he's proven he is very clutch! And even surrounded by a pretty lack luster team, like NYXL, he can carry pretty hard if given the chance. Maybe it's just me too, but I don't value Mmonk THAT highly. He is very clutch as well... but I think he hasn't even done as much as Creative has.. and he (mmonk) had a season or two where he didn't look all that good IMO. So maybe that's where they were missing out on Creative a little bit.

@@CrazeeAdam yeah he had a mediocre 2021, but he improved after that and he got way more flexible I just don’t agree that he’s not even a mention he has longevity of s tier Ana performances, a improved Bap, Zen and was clutch in Houston playoff run yet there’s players like Kariv in top 10 who was always way worse than creative it’s bc he hit 1 sleep dart LOL

Skewed absolutely, Creative I can see, but not Ryujehong and definitely not Teru. Ryujehong is an incredibly important player for the role, but I would not have him in the Top 10 at it. Honestly similar to Jjonak though I would still have Jjonak on the list, just lower than they have him.

I would do these as best in moment. Alarm 1 based on stats, single greatest flex year. Then viol2t for flex impact. Fielder best over his playtime. Along with Twilight the 2 ana goats. Shu here as best solo queue. After that, its just decent mechanics.

I would have Skewed above Kariv, Mmonk, Crimzo and Lastro. Hell, even Alarm, may he RIP. Putting him on the top 10 feels like an honorary thing just because he passed before his time. He definitely had the potential to be in a top 10 but sadly, his phenomenal rookie year just isn't enough for me to put him there.

IMO someone who has mostly been on main support since 2021 shouldn’t be in the top 3 over people who have 4-5 years of elite flex support play.

Viol2t is very good. And no one except fielder is simularly succesful then him so it makes sense.

He also played FS OFTEN for his last year on Houston. He did play Lucio at times, but it was honestly pretty 50/50. He was either player like Kiriko, Moira, Bapt, Brig (which can be seen as a FS pick), Zen, Ana even. Houston often ran Double FS comps throughout the year. He's one of the very few cases that he could be on either list, or both at the same time. It'd be one thing if it's clear he fell off on FS, but the truth is he hasn't whenever we've seen it.

All good points. I just value playtime on the role highly, and even if we generously give Violet half a year in 2021 and 2023 on FS that’s still only three years when Shu and Izayaki have >4. I also don’t really weigh team success in individual awards because it’s a team game; I’m not going to put Nus or Bdosin in my top 10s just because they have a ring.

So I feel like these are just too hard for me to rank, but my top 10 off the top of my head: -Violet -Shu -Izayaki -Alarm -Jjonak -Fielder -Rupal -Twilight -UltraViolet -Creative (I think this is the most debatable one, I needed a 10th and thought Creative has shown more clutch and versatility towards the end of his career than most other FS that aren't on this list already. But other ones I was thinking about were Landon, Lastro, Skewed, Crimzo, Iris)

I think Lastro's flexibility would put him in my top 10 personally. Having a support player who can play a great flex support AND flex to main support, is super valuable
