Ohhhh my gosh thank you for mentioning character design references! I can't believe how much artwork from so many artists are packed into that! I saw the contests that are posted, but not the jobs btw. Not that I'd be anywhere near good enough for an illustration job..I wish life had helped lead me to that like 15 years ago instead of where it has but at least i held onto making art at all.

Awesome! apparently that site has a feature I didn't even KNOW about, despite using it for ages now. You can click search and it will give you pictures of the animal at the angle you chose. So handy!

Good afternoon kay Im new here to ur vlogs iv watched a few now and i think im getting hooked I have always wanted to try to learn how to draw people cos i love the different expressions and bright colours on the clothes etc Iv got dyslexic and no confidence in myshelf but now iv got some pens but they r not copic i ordered oleep markers which they got some nice colours so i come back here to ask u do u no where i can learn how to draw people etc and have a print so i can c exacterly how it has to look like? As i cantt afford copic which markers wood u say i could also get which r closer to copic but a bit cheaper please? Thanks 4 inspirering me iv just liked ur vlog❤️❤️❤️

Thanks so much for the kind words! The biggest tip I can give is boring and simple, but it's true - just practice! Draw people, use references, learn basic anatomy and proportions and draw draw draw. Don't worry if you think it's 'bad', you're learning! Just stick with it. As for a cheaper alternative to Copic markers, I recommend the Ohuhu brand. They are very blendable, and still have a brush tip like Copics do. They aren't refillable but are super affordable in comparison. I have used them personally and I think the quality is pretty good for the price. Good luck on your art journey, keep making art! ☺️
