Nearly all of these had a UK version, except Double Dare and Carmen Sandiego, although the latter's video games and animated series did come over. As for Battle of the Network Stars, it doesn't count itself though it did have a sports star spinoff, Superstars, that did go global, including the UK. I thought that might be related, so looked it up and I was right. Of course, some titles were different: Are You Smarter Than a 10 Year Old?, Win (Jeremy) Beadle's Money, Celebrity Squares. And before anyone says, no, The Newlywed Game is not the same show as Mr. and Mrs, Newlywed Game also got a version.

because a pendant each would've been OP and would guarantee pretty quick that the temple guards couldnt give you a game over.
@nateward9592
@nateward9592 2 жыл бұрын
You could earn two full pendants if you were good enough in the temple games. First two, if you remember, were a half pendant while the third was worth a full pendant. The new Legends is a bit different where it’s only two temple games, each worth a full pendant. It’s either you win both pendants or you tie and then get asked a tie breaker question worth another pendant. There’s not a real way to have a temple game end in a tie this time around, too challenging. Highly recommend the new version overall though, Dee Bradley Baker is back as Olmec from the original and host Kirk Fogg is popping in from time to time, and the storyline aspect is such an upgrade. It’s more fun to have the story told throughout the adventure as opposed to just up front at the steps of knowledge.

I always liked watching Superstars. It was a lot of sports stars playing in other sports against each other. They wasn’t allowed to play in their sport that they were known for

It is time to bring back The Newlywed Game! It is the funniest game show ever as long as they can find that one couple who don't know a damn thing about each other and are not afraid to answer any way they feel.

@@raymondhopwood9393 that was what they were called. No Whammies! No Whammies! Come on! Big Bucks contestants would say and then bam get a Whammy. I read somewhere that a guy cracked the pattern and was winning on the show. He was eventually found out.

Battle Dome! American Gladiator on steroids! Terry Crews was "T Money". I remember an episode where a contestant got a compound fracture in his leg during one of the competitions. The "gladiators" were much more intense and the competition much more gritty than American Gladiator.

I remembered Battle Dome. It was indeed awesome. I remembered the WCW wrestlers and the Battle Dome warriors had feuds with each other during Battle Dome's airing. Rick Steiner taking on Terry Crews in the Take Down event I fondly remember.

There was actually a cool show on Game Show Network called Idiotest. The contestants had to think outside of the box to approach getting to right answers because they weren't so obvious, and then sometimes they were. Really tricky. They still show reruns late at night on the weekends after 1am.
