its all about the engine Wolfenstain uses Id Tech engine which is one of the best optimised engines out there i mean look at Doom Eternal with Id Tech 7 even with RT enabled and max graphics it can still give me 250 fps while The Witcher 3 max with RT around 80fps if i remember it correctly, also this in the video is the Next Gen version which is quite more demanding then the original while barely looking better

Turning off shadows significantly improves FPS. It can't be disabled through the config file, only by overwriting certain files. I'll make a video about it soon.
