GuerrillaZen Fitness thanks for this video. However, I think I must have severe glute amnesia because even these exercises hurt my lower back. Frustrated, not sure what I’m doing wrong

Thank you guys! I've been rehabbing myself from two torn labrums, weak, EVERYTHING from hip flexors, hamstrings, adductors, glutes, etc. as a result of too much sitting, two forms of arthritis, inflammation and just plain stiffness. I have been slowly doing videos from both of your practices...and a few others. I'm a YT researcher.🤗 This video lets me know I'm on the right track by not doing too much too soon. Been wanting to call Blake, but think it's too soon. You'll probably be hearing from me sometime next year though.I live in MI. Keep up the good work. You guys have been a blessing!🙏🤗✌️🌺🌱

Get well soon, such exercises helped me get out of the deep hole of stiff and sore hips
@wunderbarbieoftheworld25313 жыл бұрын
@@DSweashox Thank you. I appreciate your well wishes. I'm feeling better. Still a long way to go, but the labrums are majority healed, and my glutes, hamstrings are getting stronger. Been able to address some of the inflammation thru diet.... Problem is I have to work...and have to sit, putting me in a catch-22 situation. So. Working on routines to keep moving while I work. Sitting is definitely the new crack/cigarettes...... but I'm going to win this fight.💯✔️🤗✌️🙏

Hi😃, I'm a Software Engineer and most of the time I'll be working on sitting in front of laptop. And currently I have a lower back pain and psoas major is tight ( I know this because I had the same thing 6 months before). What can i do to overcome this injury. Like how many sets or reps of glute activation exercises should I do daily? ANd most importantly how can i prevent this injury in the future.

Excellent guys thank you, really good exercise. Any advice you can give when doing these glute exercises , I often get cramp in my legs ?
@auricia2014 жыл бұрын
The hip thrust makes my knees hurt, which is very weird, since it is a knee safe movement. But what you said about the hip flexors tightness.....It's true, I do feel a bit of restriction in the movement in the front of the tight. Could that also create some kind of pain in the knee, since some of the tight muscles will probably connect there?

I have been struggling to find answers to what has been going on with my gait and feet. I have seen soo many people trying to find out what is going on and I even ended up having surgery on my right foot(tarsal coalition), and I am still having issues and have no answers. I am pretty sure now that I am overpronating causing flat feet. Not sure but thinking it could be related to something in my hips maybe(hip flexors, TFL, glutes, lower crossed syndrome, etc) I am in desperate need of help and some answers. Do you have any ideas of what I could do to figure this out.

Tango Chef glutes are like other muscles I will recommend you doing 3 sets per exercise and 15-20 reps and do 3 or more exercises

I might be completely wrong, but does internally rotating (ie toes down) with the leg raises/abduction bring TFL more into play? Ive got super tight TFL, so wondering if I should do these with the hip externally rotated?
