When the lyrics said "To telos arizhi" in the GOW II final cutscene I felt that My personal favourite however would be the death of Kratos, where it all begins, there's the famous phrase "The cycle ends here" and the music is just amazing, going from a painful and slow choir, to a sad theme when Kratos sees his memories, to an epic "To telos arizhi" when he wakes up

Great list mate. All of these are great cut scenes. In my opinion. I think that the Greek games cut scenes are so underrated. There are so many of them that have great storytelling deep emotional storytelling or just bad arse and epic a few of my favourite cut scenes are the cut scene in chains of Olympus when Kratos finally reunited with his daughter after regretting every second of every day what he did and then at the very second having that ripped away from him once more and then realising at the end of the game that he knows that the gods promised to him is all that he has left definitely adds a lot of depth to his character similar things happen in the cut scenes near the end of God of War one where his family is finally brought back to him finally giving Kratos some sort of hope only just to take them away from him again and that line where he says no not again also adds a lot of emotional depth to his character another one of my favourite scenes also has a similar effect to the first two is when it’s revealed that the unknown soldier is the last spartan and even after everything Kratos has done and gone through this I reckon is truly where he admits defeat and gos through all the stages of grief officially no longer having anything to fight for except revenge knowing that the last thing that meant the world to him was destroyed by Zeus. I also love the cut scene from God of War three right before the Kratos and Hercules boss fight this one is pure bad arse and you can tell that they are just two beasts that are about to tear each other apart. I also love the opening cut scene to God of War two. I might be a bit biased to this one because this was the first thing of God of war that I saw so this one always sticks with me but the opening shop from the main menu leading into Kratos sitting in his throne ignoring Athena warning that Olympus is not happy with what he’s doing and then just destroying the city leading up to what we think is Athena at the time draining his god powers and putting them into the colossus between this the music and how the colossus comes to life and slowly turns around and storks Kratos as he is losing his power and going back to mortal size was just so awesome. Sorry this was a very long message. It’s in the middle of the night while I’m typing this so I’m probably half delusional/asleep and raving on, but these are some of my favourite cut scenes from the Greek games, have an awesome day and I’ll see you in the next video or stream

The dead soldier cutscene from Ghost of Sparta is named Dominus. That's the original name for Kratos during the making of God of War 1 (back when it was Dark Odyssey)

I was pretty sure that "The truth revealed" was gonna be #1. To be honest, i think its gonna occupy that spot even when competing with the norse saga, for me at least. Even after watching it for more than 20 f-ing times, it still gives me the goose bumps. The combiantion of tragic music, the events and the back story make that moment feel so...unforgettable.

Top 10 Norse cutscenes would be basically mostly the bossfight intros for me. There are many cutscenes there and many are just touchy feelings monologues or otherwise forgettable scenes. Exceptions like Freya's Realm Travel explanation, Odin's basement are rare for a +100 hours saga.

Please make a theory about ( God of War 2 ) why Gaia didn’t communicate with Typhon when she sent Kratos to his mountain he refused to aid Kratos despite Gaia having influence in his quest to defy fate & defeat Zeus, also explaining why he wasn’t released from being imprisoned & didn’t make an appearance in ( God of War 3 )

Thats made clear in GoW 2 Novel. Typhon had a deal with Zeus to be on good behaviour in exchange for the life and freedom of his children and wife. Besides, he didnt have any faith to spare for either Kratos or Gaia. "I am Gaia's youngest child, and the one she burdened most with her schemes."

Except Athena had already apologized to him many times at that point, what she does try to do is "move on" after he had told her to stay out his matter before, half of getting deimos killed was actually Kratos' fault. He was the one who decided to fight thantos to take revenge with Deimos even though he could have 'escaped', but nope.

I have an idea what if After all this time the Greek gods were not able to relieve Kratos of his nightmares because he dreamt them himself. The white curse was only to mark him that he was the one who did it but I don’t think that the curse is mostly about the nightmares (being haunted by them) I mean I don’t know if Oracle said that they would haunt him but she might have meant it in a way that everyone will know what Kratos did by marking him with the ashes. What if the gods were just using him and his belief that he would be ridden of his nightmares, but at the end it was Kratos who was dreaming them all along and they could not relieve it, because if they relieved his nightmares, it would’ve been much more peaceful for them and they know that he would serve them even better after them giving a small thing because for them that is a small thing and for Kratos that was everything we all know how the Oracle can have multiple meanings such as the marked warrior mixup Think about it I think the Oracle just cursed him with the ashes and that the nightmares were used as a leverage for the gods to keep Kratos doing what he’s doing. The memories are some kind of trauma because after he becomes a God, he does not mention them anymore because God cannot have trauma

The Best cutscene of the Greek Saga to me is the GOW 2 Ending. The Norse Saga for me is hard to narrow down it's either him going back to get the Blades of Chaos or GOW Ragnarok Ending.

He didn't decide to give hope to humanity, as much as community likes to portray the scene like that, that's not how Stig designed him or even others made Kratos' personality like that, if any new material tries to claim he did, it will be invalidated, I don't support this bastardization of characters that some new writers do. GoW3 itself doesn't tell you he decided to give it do them or whatever either.
