TheKoopaTroop i recently got cbs all access (I used to have a phase where I would watch tons and tons of clips of BB16 and some clips of other season) and at first I was gonna watch BB16 and instead I decided on BB7 and boy am I glad I did. It’s so good and chilltown plays such a big part in my love for BB7.

My favorite thing about Chilltown both on the original watch and rewatching is watching them absolutely run the house without ever really being targeted until the end. Other duos on the list hid their alliances or were major targets yet Will and Boogie somehow managed to pass by week after week despite being the biggest threats in the house. Meanwhile, people target each other, take out their own allies, align with Chilltown against Janelle despite Will being in a showmance with her. The fact that all of this takes place during the only all star season makes it even more brilliantly bizarre because those people should know how to play a bit better than that

@@TheKyoshiFan yeah I'm not sure if s6 was just fried from having played the year before (Howie) or just tried to go too big too fast (Kaysar) but they really blew it in All Stars. I do give James and Janelle credit for him abandoning that ship as soon as possible and her winning all the things but even with all her competition power she didn't take out the important people until it was far too late. As for the Danielle thing... they were just that good. It's really the only way to explain it

I just finished watching Season 9 of BB today, and I'm quite torn. Sharon was extremely robbed. Sheila had a really good social game, but lost as well. Adam was decent, but I would have loved for Sharon or Sheila to win. Sharon is both ROBBED and UNDERRATED.

Danielle and Jason are one of my favorite duos of all time. They were so loyal to each other and no one ever suspected them.

A couple things stand out about your top 5 ( the placement of which I agree with btw). Renegades: I love how many people Dan burned that season who still ended up voting for him at the end. The way they hid their alliance was brilliant, and how the jury members realized once Jerry walked out that they had all been played the whole season. Their strategic game was on point (look at how even Ollie, who Dan drove to have a mental breakdown, voted for Dan), and the jury respected that the Renegades played a great game. Also have to give props to Memphis. Extremely dependable and was a really solid player on his own. Danielle: The only sane person in All-Stars (Because she recognized how dangerous Chilltown was). I love the clip you played where she questions Boogie like she was hurt by him or something, and when he responds you can tell from her reaction that it wasn't an emotional question but a strategic one. Chilltown: Again, I love the jury's reactions. You can tell with the reactions to the diary room that they recognize Chilltown was on a whole different level, and it's great.

I do have to agree that Chilltown has been the best dynamic duo to date, even including current seasons. They flew under the radar the entire All-Star season, mixed in with other alliances, and never were seen plotting together and therefore no one suspected they were working together.

As each new season goes by, I wonder if any more dynamic duos will be added. I think BB23 has a couple of options due to the nature of the gameplay, but by far my favorite BB23 duo is Tiffany/Hannah. I love that they are an incredibly strategic f/f duo (which is rare for BB) and the teacher/student dynamic between the two. I can see them being comfortable in the bottom half of this top 10

5 years late but this gives me more valuable Intel. I think the renegades are the best duo of all time. Memphis gets so much shit for his terrible jury Q and A which was bad, however you have to consider he was sitting next to the best player of all time who had played one of the most dynamic games of all time. Not to mention, had the jury just been bitter, which they are on plenty of seasons, Memphis would’ve won. This isn’t to shit on dan, but emphasize Memphis did well on the season. Next look at bb14, where dan played one of if not the most unreal games ever. Now turn to bb22. Memphis was the second best player on the season. (Tyler was 3rd, he gave up for zero reason and thought he had more social capital than he did which ruined his position in the game). Memphis had real win equity, and had it not been for one of the best players of all time playing the best game of all time, Cody, absolutely snowing Enzo, the wise guys never gets exposed. Furthermore, had Memphis or christmas won the final 5 hoh LIKE THEY ALMOST DID, memphis likely wins the game. All this to say, they are both ridiculously competent players individually. Combine this with the fact the both trusted eachother, and that both would help one another while also making plays for their own game, as well as them placing first and second, the first duo to ever do so that wasn’t already related, they are the greatest duo of all time. I will expand on any points if asked.

It has to do with audience anticipation. I didn't expect anyone to fight for Coast2Coast being higher, so I didn't feel like I needed to explain why they weren't in my Top 5. I DID expect people to want some justification for why I might not have J&D higher, or The Hitmen, so I decided to include points in that direction for their write-ups. I try to not over explain and talk too much, and sometimes that means cutting out certain parts that I don't think anyone wants or needs to hear.

I think there is something worth noting when it comes to big brother, the worst thing they ever did was adding the golden power of veto, that changed the game from strategic/social to a physical game, allowing to many players to just pin their hopes on winning it. Strategy start to really decline after they made it random pick. Silver was fine because you had to get someone else to use it on you. The more layers of safety someone is provided the less careful their game play is.

When you were talking about Danielle being hated by the jury I'm really surprised you didn't bring up the fact that the jury watched all the tapes of her confessionals. She might have still lost but I think that had a huuuuge negative impact on her winning odds since most of the jury felt really burnt - something that finalists in future seasons didn't have to deal with. ROBBED!

Andrew Standley I didn’t mention it because everyone knows the deal. That said I don’t think she was robbed of a win. She knew the deal going into the season yet still played the way she played, said what she said. It doesn’t help that she was planning to go to the F2 with Jason, who likely wins 10-0. Danielle played well except for where it mattered most in BB3 - her presentation to the non-sequestered jury. BB2 & 3 are different games from the rest of BB because of this element. Danielle played a great game for a BB4 and onward game, but not as much for BB3.

I know, but for me, Dan and Memphis were the best duo, because they never gave off the impression that they were working together (until the F5, when Jerry was HOH). And they did make it to F2 and each pulled their weight. Memphis wasn’t dragged by Dan as much as Cody with Derrick

@@witheringworld3488 I wouldn't say Cody was dragged by Derrick, because he had his own social game that kept him off the radars of those not in his alliance, and he won quite a few competitions on his own, including the crucial final POV, because it's not very likely that the Hitmen make the final 2 together if Caleb had won that POV, because he'd get rid of Victoria over Cody, and then that would make it somewhat harder for Cody to win at least part 1 of the HOH
