You haven't yet tried Indian Filter Coffee. South India is famous for its coffee. Many families have it in the morning and multiple times during the day. It is seriously strong stuff. The decoction is left overnight to drip to have coffee mix ready in the morning. You have to try it if you are a coffee lover. Its nothing like you have ever had!!

Ram ki bandi (home of the pizza dosa) is such an amazing place. It opens at 3am, and I promise you there's a 40min line before it even does! Had it twice and it was great each time. As you saw at 7:03 he mentioned a dish called pulao, it is not a south Indian dish but a dish which is made all over India. Maximum of the puloa made in India is Namkeen Pulao (Salty Pulao) but specially in the east in West Bengal it is made as Misti Pulao (Sweet Pulao) with cashew and raisins. Frankly puloa is a very simple rice dish which is eaten with a curry of vegetable or meat but not as shown in the video. This is very rare to see Pulao served as that this might just be a dish only in Hyderabad

I am from Kolkata and I have been living in Hyderabad for 5 years now. Hyderabad can’t beat Kolkata in terms of street food (especially variety) but Hyderabad does have some awesome street food.
