The death of Grayson sucked, but the impact it left on Bruce was devastating. He carried that with him longer than any of the deaths of the series. It really proved that no matter what, Grayson will always be more of a son to him than any of the other Robins. Even more than Damien.

Even though it's not on this list, I think that it's worth mentioning Harley Quinn's moment of humanity in Year Two (I think). When she refuses to fight a pregnant Black Canary and reveals that she has her ow daughter, Lucy, with the Joker and her surprisingly fierce maternal instinct. This shows that Harley is more layered as a character, and really changed the way I saw her from thereon out.

My fave moment/issue is Year Four Annual with Plastic Man standing up to the Justice Leagues dictatorship and breaking into a super prison to rescue his son. It's so cool seeing a usually goofy hero speaking his mind that the Justice League are no longer heroes, while at the same time trolling them!

What should have been on the list without a doubt. "F*** fate!" Superman having just dealt a fatal injury to Black Canary after becoming a yellow lantern and the entire world seeing the monster that he had become, Doctor Fate arrives at the scene after everyone's left, says screw fate and not just heals Black Canary but brings her as well as her child into an alternate dimension to live in together with that dimensions Oliver Queen. That one good moment among all this chaos hit so hard for me.

Most wtf moment? The last few issues of year two. Supes gets a Yellow Lantern ring, blasts some holes through Black Canary, and Kills Ganthet and Mogo by grabbing the former and ramming him into the latter, sending them both into the sun. Not to mention the Green Lanterns being Slaughtered. Also Supes sending zasz (however you spell it) to kill Alfred.

I see Superman killing the Joker as more iconic. It's the panel everyone always uses to sum up Injustice in a nutshell. You see Batman's utterly astonished face, while Superman's is contorted by rage. The Joker's iconic laugh slowly ends as Clark drives his bloodstained hand through his chest. For me, what the Joker accomplished is definitely something to remember, but you kind of expect the Joker to do something awful. It also plays out over a while, as Clark realizes what he's done and it gradually gets worse and worse. The killing of the Joker is swift; it's truly one moment from the Injustice series.
