You forgot that enel can target anyone with lightning anywhere as long as he senses them... his range is massive as he can detect anyone in skypiea... nami also stated that enel devil fruit is the most fearsome until he faces his natural weakness luffy... he can beat almost anyone except luffy... he can melt ice, metal, etc and it has more heat than fire... enel could just sit down far away from his opponent and strike them multiple lightning, he dont need to face them close range...

his DF is one of the strongest (higher than it's ranked here) DFs of them all; *if* he knew and used proficiently all 3 Hakis he *WOULD* be one of the strongest characters in One Piece; but ya know, he wasn't even that proficient with his own DF. one thing this commentator has completely forgotten was told to Luffy by Crocodile; it's not that Devil Fruits only possess certain powers, it's that you have to learn and figure out ways to use the Devil Fruit; aka, with practice and experience comes greater range of abilities- Enel wasn't exactly the most experienced fruit user around. AND all of these users possess at least potential abilities we haven't ever seen, due to how little screen-time most of these characters got.

In theory so could Akainu or Kizaru if they tried Akainu could just turn the whole island to lava and Kizaru could hit it with a barrage of light speed attacks which would do it in. Aokiji could kill everything on the island but probably couldn't destroy it. Also sky islands would not react to lightning the same as an actual island because clouds are not grounded.

Asteroids move at a fraction of the speed of light and could destroy the planet itself so no light speed is much more powerful than electricity which is the only demonstrated power of Enel, it is never confirmed actual lightning is his power as Dragon is also apparently capable of using lightning. Akainu's only trump card is lava is rock which is not conductive to electricity meaning his attacks would work about the same as the did on luffy

But, devil fruits can get more abilities based on the user. For example, Luffy can create gear 2, 3, 4 and if someone else had the gum gum devil fruit, they probably would have thought of different abilities, rather than gears. The fruit can gain more abilities depending on how the user uses it.

I agree with this list but I'm so sick and tired of the Goro Goro no Mi fruit being underestimated because it is in the hands of Enel. Enels fruit could literally one shot most people. He can move at ridiculous speeds, has the greatest observation haki introduced in the series, restarted his own heart, and destroyed an entire island. His friuit could make someone admiral level because of its abilities and pure destructive capabilities. He lost to luffy because he was the perfect counter and cause of plot. In the hands of an advance haki user enels fruit would literally make that person invincible thus why Robin said its known as an invincible devil fruit. Can you imagine Rayleigh with the Goro Goro no Mi or even Garp or someone with their haki level.

Just being a little scientific here, Monet might be able to handle herself well enough on certain islands if she was able to cover it completely in snow. Since in some cases it wouldn't instantly melt and it would be able to reflect the suns rays back out. So in some sense, she could create the conditions needed to fight in areas where it would be harder. But like you said we don't know all her limitations.

Blackbeard was willing to do anything to get his hands on darkness fruit and claimed it to be the ''most evil'' devil fruit. The fruit will have a very special role in the story and i think Oda has just shown us the basic things it can do. Fruits like gas, magma and sand are powerful, but get almost no attention at all. Robin was working with a logia user and saw Aokiji use his powers, but when she met Enel and saw him use his devil fruit, Robin was shocked to see how powerful it actually is and stated it's one of the very best abilities out there. For top 5, i'd go with: Dark, lightning, light, ice and magma. I still see fire having more potential than magma.

Everyone should know, Ace didn't get burned because Akainu's magma was hotter than his flames or because his punch was infused with haki. Ace got burned because he chose to take the hit. If he'd let the punch go straight through him, Luffy would've died.

When Ace's spear pierced right through his body, he felt the pain but he's not even bleeding, I didn't even see any injuries. Df attacks can't injure him(he only feels the pain). Only physical attacks and DF attacks(imbued with haki) can really injure him, like whitebeard slashed him with his spear without using shosckwave, then later the shockwave is definitely imbued with haki. Ace didn't use busoshoku haki before that's why he can't damage teach's body.

The magma didnt neutralize ace's intangibility. Ace had to catch it with his actual body as it is pointless to go in the middle of a punch to save some one if you are gonna let it through anyway. No need to say, if he turn him self into fire, the punch would go through, luffy will be dead, and it would be a dumb scene. The fire in aces body therefore at that time is not the power of his own devil fruit but it is his actual body burning. Edit: Anyways, I just realized this video is three years old XD

Since water can exist in the form of a gas (water vapor/steam), that could theoretically give Caesar Clown water abilities, so long as it is pure water and not sea water. I think the Gas Gas fruit is one of the best overall fruits, not just Logia, from a potential perspective.

I know its your opinion and all but... I don't think people are understanding what it means to move at the speed of light. Forget the characters, just look at the Fruit itself. Majority of the people on this list, especially the number one have strongly influenced your decision based on their role in the Anime, NOT the actual devil fruit. Magma temperature ranges between 700 - 1300 degrees Celsius. Lightning is 6 fucking thousand mate. Luffy should have never fought him (or Shiki). He only won cuz he is the main Character. You're implying that Ace's fire was the strongest fire, which clearly wasn't the case since Ace's fire was orange. Also, Magma is NOT superior to Ice. Magma would freeze almost instantly in the artic areas or Antarctica. Ice would melt almost instantly near a volcanic eruption. Magma is a mixture of partly melted rock, volatiles and solids. Unlike fire, magma has conductors. Because of this, magma produces harsh heat and a ridiculous amount of humidity. It is so formidable that any volatiles with an extremely low boiling point get evaporated to its most basic compositions. Two of those volatiles is oxygen and nitrogen, two element that fire needs to exist. As you stated, it is true that fire can reach higher temperatures than magma but fire can't exist within magma.

Honestly, I had a feeling that was going to be the case when the NW was introduced. I mean, Logias were powerful in how they essentially granted you intangibility from physical attacks, minus the Yami Yami no mi. That's absurdly powerful. And depending on the element, they can still be hard to handle, like Caesar's Gas fruit. But really, I don't mind it. Pekoms quote about Logias having short lifespans in the NW is so true. It does raise some questions about Ace and how he'd survived, but really I attribute that to Whitebeard and him being with those strong fighters. If anything, there was one thing that Oda did that reminded me how strong Logias could be. Punk Hazard. Seriously, permanently affecting an entire island's weather is nuts. Honestly, I don't think the ice ice fruit is stronger than the snow snow fruit. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think snow can be formed at ANY temperature under 0°c, which means that as long as there is moisture in the air, snow can be made. But the snow snow fruit makes it possible to make snow of any temperature directly from Monet's body, meaning it doesn't need any moisture, or set temperature in the surroundings of the snow snow user. I've googled it, and until this point, I haven't found anything proving me wrong.

Goro Goro no mi: The Pika Pika no mi takes time to reach complete light speed, the Goro Goro no mi takes no time at all which allows it to completely intercept the PPnm at every step, plus it allows the user to merge with solid matter allowing him a lot more defensive capabilities if a haki fight broke out especially since the fruit allows him better than haki observation prowess allowing him to predict attacks. Plus he is also able to revive himself if his heart were to fail. LITERALLY all he had to do was not fight luffy or grab luffy and move him off the island and drop him in the ocean, his loss was only due to foolishness about concerning himself to skypiea when he could have ruled the world. 2. Pika Pika no mi: For all facts stated, the reason it is under the Goro Goro no mi is because not only can he only move and send light based attacks in a straight line and would also have no natural properties that would effect against the Goro Goro no mi. 3. Magu Magu no mi: Makes it so even it struck he can almost always do damage to an opponent but isn't hotter than lightning like you said where magnum is about 2000 degrees F where as lighting is about 5000 degrees F. Plus where as the Goro Goro no mi has the ability to reform metal allowing for a lot more strategic capabilities. 4. Yami Yami no mi: Can pull in any target so an opponent won't be able to fight safely at a distance but he wouldn't be able to just grab a user of the Magu Magu no mi because of the immense heat but the Hic Hic no mi wouldn't freeze fast enough. 5. Hic Hic no mi: Colder than snow, since he is already solid, and haki is used to momentarily solidify a logia fruit user to cause damage, haki will not work. And as for him getting beaten is because he was an utter waste of the goro goro no mi he depended to much on his fruits abilities and neglected to train in any way so if he was to train just as much as kizaru had to he would have been far superior. Another good way to deal with the power being good against DF users would be to give it to an inexperienced/novice combatant, meaning that rather than putting them.above existing fighters, the DF power would help close the gap between them and a more experienced fighter. Further, you might also consider that the DF users a water logia might fight against will likely have friends. Imagine a person made of water going up against a Fishman! That wouldn't end well for the water logia user. Ultimately, whether the powers are broken or not comes down to how the character is written- the possibility should not be dismissed out of hand.

Honestly, I think the Yuki Yukio no Mi is very underrated in this top 10. I know it's a personal list, but the rational for why it is so low bothers me. He mentions how it wouldn't be a good match up against the Mera Mera no Mi, but yeah... pretty sure frozen water would do just as well putting out a fire as water (Maybe even better because it has to melt first) also it would be AMAZING against the Suna Suna no mi, because it is just frozen water (say they fought in Alabaster for example, and her snow melted not too long after being produced, well she will still be able to easily nullify his abilities and may even still have an advantage in an unfavorable environment)

Let's talk about the Rumble Rumble Fruit. The only reason it was "weak" to rubber was because Enel was an idiot and all of his power came from his limited Haki and his devil fruit as well as Enel wanting to protect his ark from Luffy. If a fruit like that was put in the hands of someone who was genuinely strong in their own right (like Sabo for instance) that insane speed could be used to absolutely outclass (imo) every single fighter in One Piece except maybe the Glint Glint Fruit (which is very limited due to its need for reflection to move the user). Something else to note about the Rumble Rumble Fruit is that Enel is shown not having to have oxygen so there is actually someone who can counter that ability of Caesar's. This list is top 10 Logia Devil Fruits, not top 10 Logia Devil Fruit users so you only need to take into account the fruit's power and not the user's power (like how you did with Akainu). I like the list for the most part, but if the fruits were all given to Sabo (or any other naturally powerful Haki user) there should be a bit of reordering. The Magma Magma fruit is hella powerful, but not #1. I'd say put Rumble Rumble Fruit and Glint Glint Fruit in the 1 and 2 spot (whichever you believe to be genuinely more powerful) then move the Magma Magma Fruit to just behind the Dark Dark Fruit for obvious reasons. Finally then have the Chilly Chilly Fruit behind the Flare Flare Fruit due to ice's natural weakness to fire as well as the user not having the ability to fly like most the Logias.

Goro goro no mi was described as an invincible devil fruit and often the best in the entire series. He can move at the speed of lightning. He counteracts fruits with water based attacks, fishmen, or anything weak to heat. It's straight up broken.

I feel like one thing that needs to be kept in mind with goro goro no mi and many other logia devil fruits is that they're users can morph their bodies in order to avoid haki infused attacks (or their weakness) and enel just didnt learn how to do it, along with that seemingly as long as an attack isn't haki infused then it'll pass through them

enel can travel lightning speed, his range covers the entire skypiea island, he can levitate, his lightning based attack can instant kill opponent as electric travels to entire body once connected. his lightning can travels in medium like ground and water. he should be higher than kizaru. kizaru's lazer travel straight line, unless he hit important organ like brain or heart, he cant instant kill opponent.
