Uttar Pradesh is leading in e-ways because the nodal agency UPEIDA does work very quickly. When one expressway is nearing completion they go on to start construction of other one. That is why every 2-3 years we see a new expressway coming up in UP. Next in line is Purvanchal Expressway coming up next month, then Gorakhpur link expressway which would complete in 2022 and then Bundelkhand expressway towards the end of 2022. After that also they have started land acquisition for the mega Ganga expressway. And all this is just from one state agency! NHAI is also constructing some expressways in UP so I am sure UP will continue to head this country in e-way construction at least for the next decade.

Brother India's road quality is not very bad,it is very good,in road quality India ranks at 43 out of total 195 countries even Pakistan ranks at 70, China ranks at 41 and Nepal Sri Lanka Myanmar Bangladesh Afghanistan are not even close to India

Speed bought down to 80 kmph & at some places 50 kmph (in ghat sections). Speed cameras are drastically increased. They are on every over bridges, tunnels. You will see 3-5 banners only where they say Speed limit 100 kmph.

Amazing to see that the SOUTH and EAST aren't considered part of India at all. Zero expressways till date. And zero under construction. Looks like zero will be planned as well. Discrimination at its finest. And it's more unfortunate that none of the Hindi belt people even stand up for us. East is left undeveloped for 60 years While south has done it's best to become India's wealthiest states, Yet the tax money given by south is spent elsewhere

India's longest as well as oldest expressway were built by state government not central. Yes, we now have started focusing on north east as states are very small in size so central government in near fiture should look after it.

@@nujjigram for north east states i have already given that now after 70 years we have focused on north east as they themselves don't have enogh budget to make infrastructure for them. And for Uttar Pradesh the project of agra, lucknow and purvanchal expressway were made on state money only the expressway by central in UP is Delhi-Meerut. The main thing is in all this south is not able to get development as they (kerela) belive in communism so neither state govt. Is doing anything and central has future plans for all states except kerela.

What I think is it’s time to make expressway from Mumbai to Kolhapur and in center it should be divided into 2 left and right for Hyderabad and Goa So in this way it will connect 4 states 1 Maharashtra 2 Goa 3 Karnataka 4 Telangana, These 4 states are major states Like Karnataka is for mostly for medical student and also Maharashtra In Goa hotel management and and many people who travel from Mumbai for them kolhapur is a major stop There are many reason to build this expressway Even they can do Kolhapur Pune expressway from there Pune Mumbai expressway from there Mumbai Delhi expressway in this way lots of time will be save and in future we all know mostly it will be electric car which if we charge from solar it will be almost free and all this city all these are very important for multiple reason

Im from Assam, meine express way toh dekha nhi hai lekin hamare yaha NH hai but uska maintanence bht hi kharab hai, har 50 km par toll plaza bhi hai phir bhi road dhul mitti se bhara rahta hai, winter session mee road side unwanted grass ugh jate hai, road road ke bich kabhi kabhi gadda hota hai. 2 wheelers ke liye bht paresani hoti hai.
