You can either give them animations where they walk forward, or just set their formation to a column and then make sure they are 'unaware' and 'do not open fire' :)

my thrustmaster hotas warthog arrives at 6 today no idea for any arma keybinds like flaps i dont think you can have 3 stages for flaps in arma

It should work, but if in doubt just google some guides. It's a common joystick so I imagine someone somewhere has a good preset for it!

If you go to the modules tab in the 3den Editor, and then search 'fire' it'll come up. You can tweak the size, speed, etc :)

A great tip to considerably inprove the the quality of your Arma3 footage and screenshots is to ensure you never use any BI assets whatsoever.
