Speaking of ParCool, its new Charged Jump move (yes, inspired by Smart Moving) has the alternative option of using it as a springboarding ability a la Mirror's Edge. You could use springboarding to get to high places fast or deliver fancy mid-air attacks.

Just realized you could use it to dodge certain attacks, too, like the Trial Guardian's lasers. This mod has gotten so much more useful and cooler since 1.16.

Hi, i'm the dev of the shattered goddess. first of all thanks for covering my mod i worked hard on it, and i will keep on expanding it up to 41 bosses in total (minibosses included). And second off, you are able to dodge the attacks by using the build in dodge mechanic. it functions like a darksouls/elden ring roll where you don't take any damage as long as you time your dodge right. have a great day everyone ^^

For born in chaos they have other mini bosses too like the supreme bonescaller who you can fight in dark towers, the life stealer who is easy to kill if you have wither resistance, without wither resistance he can be really dangerous since he gains health as he damages you and given how withering works even with op armor from other mods he can potentially bypass that to still be able to kill you. Luckily the mod also provides craftable death totems which are basically totems of undying but it'll drain your hunger and give you lots of strength which I guess is like being in a boss fight but this time YOU get a 2nd phase lol.
