The problem with food in the US is that it has been modified, added preservatives, sprayed with pesticides so it can last a long time on the shelves. Once you travel abroad in Europe and Latin America. The food is tasty, the fruit is not as sweet as the American ones, and the vegetables have more flavor and are fresher. The same goes with meat, seafood, chicken and others. The size of the chicken is half the size of the US chicken, I'm sure those chickens were fed with grow hormones to grow fast

Doc, I'm so happy you made a video like this! I've been watching and reading other doctors in the last 15 months since I had heart attack, 2 stents, learnt I was diabetic type 2, had essential hypertension and a 19 x 25 mm tumor in my right side temple. In 7 months following this same information, without pills, I dropped over 90 pounds (from 108 kg to 68 kg now), cured completely my diabetes, my A1c from 10.4 is now 5.3 - some months even 4.7, fasting insulin from 11 to 1.64 to 2.60 (trying to keep it under 3), CRP 0.3 to 1 (I do extensive blood tests with many other markers every single month on the same date), cured completely my hypertension, and surprisingly cured completely the tumor (this happened after my second 5 day water fast - autophagy at play I guess). And I'm keeping these results for 7 to 8 months already. Right in the hospital I decided I won't follow the pharmaceutical medicine and instead I'd turn to holistic medicine, and that's how I landed in the keto diet camp, the intermittent fasting and the occasional extended water fasts. I stopped all wheat and sugar products right after hospital, and I watched my weight dropping like stone every week after week. I hope, I'm almost certain, that my atherosclerosis is getting better with low carb high fat, intermittent fasting and extended water fasts (which I do bunch of them every month - from 36-48 hours to 10 days and anywhere in-between). I'm saving money to make the 3 tests - CT scan, CAC score, and carotid ultrasound. I stopped the statins 8-9 months ago, also the baby aspirin. Eat lots of omega 3 and other anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory fats and foods. I hope to prove my cardiologist wrong, he's still stuck in the cholesterol statin paradigm like almost all of them, not wanting to hear anything else about my health and about what doctors like you have to say like in this video. Btw, your video about your atherosclerotic cure was among the first ones I stumbled on when I started self-educating myself and since then I watch your videos regularly. I keep reading books and articles by other like minded doctors like you, and watch videos of them speaking every single day for the past 15 months. Thank you so much doc! God bless you and your family!! Btw, I'm from Bulgaria :) I'm writing and quoting you often on my facebook page and people like it.

I'm 58, 6'2, and weighed a whopping 264 lbs back in October of 2023. My body was riddled with osteoarthritis, and I've recently endured three major reconstruction surgeries as a result of it, two spinal fusions, and a partial left shoulder replacement. I also have a bad right knee that's bone on bone that the doc says will eventually require surgery. I've had to have five teeth pulled due to gum disease that no matter how much i brushed, flossed, rinsed, dental pic, etc. I just couldn't seem to get on top of the problem. I was a hot mess and fading fast. I heard about the carnivore /keto diet last September and decided to give it a go. I also stopped eating out as often, no alcohol, moderate exercise. Long story short, I've lost 36 lbs since October and feel great! I've got another 30 to go, and there's no doubt that I'll get there. My gum disease all but vanished, and my arthritis is not as big a problem as before. I still have to take the occasional Tylenol/ibuprofen cocktail for pain, but nothing like before. The best part about this diet is that it's not really a diet at all. I would consider it an elimination diet to be more accurate. You can eat as much as you want. I never really feel hungry anymore. I could go on and on about the benefits of carnivore/keto and how it saved my life. I've read hundreds of cases of people with stories similar to my own. So, check it out if you haven't already!

Try using Cordyceps for inflamation. I use MRM brand and it works great for back pain that was bothering me. Usually works in a few days when I need it. Take one in morning when you get out of bed and one before bed. Do that for about a week and if feeling better just do one in the morning. I had a hard physical job and my back was killing me.Hard to even get out of bed. Almost quit my job. After about 3 days of starting Cordyceps I felt much better and stayed with that job another 20 years. I could stop taking it after I'd been feeling good for awhile and if I strained my back again I could take it again. Then I thought it better to use as a preventative and took one every morning. I found that if I strained my back it wouldn't hurt for a couple of weeks usually like it did without it. Usually I would feel the hurt it again damn it , but in an hour it was better and not much of a problem because it blocked the inflammation from taking hold. Big difference. If you want to try it , order online for best price of about 12 bucks for 60 capsules. MRM Cordyceps. Works for not only me, but I told my work buddies and other people I met to try it. Positive results and a lot of thank you from them. It's cheap to try so what do you have to lose by trying it?

So a lot of what he's referring to is "I'm sure" processed foods because nothing created by the Creator of the Galactic Heavens for us to eat is harmful except for those things with man has added chemicals and so has been processed by man etc.etc etc... How long did Adam live ? "900+yrs" And what was He eating? So over time men had changed the laws from its original state of affairs and things that were meant for our benefit... But it's funny how people can change Things and it's funny how peoples Things can change... Just like the biblical text has been changed from its original state of affairs to that of 3.000 differently CHANGED VERSIONS of the biblical text... So who is to blame but one's own SELF who is not truly seeking to understand the reality of the Truth... So seek it out and "Live long and prosper"

Then substitute or decrease the largest sources of glycemic carbs in that diet. It will usually be processed grain products.

Meats (and any animal product) sourced from a local regenerative farm; French or Irish cheeses; low-oxalate, organic, non-GMO, whole, unprocessed plant products, such as squash (all varieties), cucumbers, lettuce, avocado, mushrooms, cabbage, olives, capers, nonsugary pickles, Granny Smith or other old-fashioned apples, berries, peaches, and apricots in season, sauerkraut in glass jars (read the label to ensure it doesn’t contain junk). Find einkorn flour (ancient wheat, non-GMO, low in gluten) in health food stores for very occasional baked goods. White rice occasionally. Make your own house vinaigrette, mayonnaise (use only the yolk), and tomato sauce. Eat only wild-caught fish. Oysters, sardines, crabmeat in cans are okay, but read the labels. Lemons, limes, apple cider vinegar, Redmond salt. Spices and dried herbs sparingly. Local honey, sparingly. High-quality dark chocolate (Lindt 85% has no soy lecithin). Keep unsweetened, whole-fat Greek yogurt and sour cream on hand. Use olive oil for salad dressing, not for cooking. Make your own tallow and lard. Eat nuts preferably packed in the shell still: pecans, walnuts, pistachios. Steer clear of peanuts and peanut butter. I use the “carb manager” app to make sure I keep the carb intake to 20-50 grams/day. I also don’t have breakfast until 11 am and don’t eat past 6 pm whenever possible. Hope this helps! ❤

Fructose in intolerable amount can affect our mitochondria. Dried fruits are more fructose-laden than normal fresh fruits. Fructose intolerant people may get NAFLD, and if not reverse, can lead to Steatohepatitis (NASH). Glucose helps mitochondria create energy but glucose intake in intolerable amount also affects the mitochondria, liver, pancreas, blood and kidneys. Watch what you are eating and in moderation is the key. Mindful eating with a good combination of foods to minimize the impact of too much glucose or fructose.

Remove or seriously lower sugar from your diet. Of course eat in moderation. Regulations must be put in place for foods sold in store. It will be a lot healthier if you make the yogurt yourself. It's super easy and you control what kind of milk to use. I use grass feed whole milk, and Bulgarian yogurt as a starter. No sugar or additives, only half a cup of starter for a gallon of milk: 1- heat up the milk to 180f be careful not to let burn at the bottom of the pot. 2- let the milk cool down to 115f. 3- Add the starter and mix it well to remover lumps from the starter. 4- pour it into glass jars ( I use 8 ounce jars) and close them tight. 5- place the jars in a warm place then cover them with a blanket for up to 8 hours. I let mine ferment for more than 12 hours because I like my yogurt tangy. 6- after you reach the desired taste and texture, put the jars into the fridge. Yogurt thickens as it cools down. If you don't want to ferment it in glass jars, you have to use stainless steel pot.

@@splendorsplendor3781 You're most welcome. I don't believe that any type of container will prevent the fermentation, I could be wrong because I haven't researched it.
