Hi Dr. Cork! Excelent video as are all those you post! I have a question. What is your professional opinion on the "cocktail bombs"? do you consider these a good alternative for cocktails?

I haven't tried cocktail bombs, but they sound dubious. I know about frozen cocktail premixes and they are pretty handy (just add alcohol and shake). I'd rather use different cordials. Just mix them with booze and ice and here you go.

On the negroni, you checked for balance, which was perfect, of course! What would you do to correct balance problems , I.e. what can and could go wrong?

Maybe it's too bitter (add a bit more vermouth) or you like stronger flavors and more pronounced no juniper flavor - add a bit more gin. It's useful if you're making a new cocktail or using new ingredients.

Well, if you find your cocktail too sweet, then adding less syrup is the right call.

This would change the cocktail entirely. They are built to be balanced. If you personally don't want it there the omit it because it's your drink and can do what you want though.
