I'm just now realising the fact that if Banshee's powers seem to be almost complete manipulation of sound, homie could straight up has omega level or beyond potential, especially if he's able to change frequencies and amplify sounds at will

He can only manipulate the sound generated from his voice. He's never shown to able to manipulate sound in general. If you take away his voice, he's essentially powerless.
