@@TomC313 - I'm a bit older than most of the hosts here. I was in college in the late 90's Anth/Arch/History major with Honors English minor. My point is ... I had/have a good education. Many of the things we talk about here is pretty basic stuff. I guess they no longer teach Western Civ - otherwise Carthage would be a gimme. Same with scabies. _(sigh)_

I personally think humans, hundreds, or possibly thousands of years ago, found bones or drawings that they turned into mythology. Like the Griffin, having the beak and wings could be explained by the bones ancient humans may have found. The beak is a prominent bone on the front of the dinosaur. Therefore, the humans first seeing or finding this would think it was a bird that was half lion because of having four leg bones. There may be "openings" or cartilage that deteriorated over time, leaving openings where "wings" would have been. Awesome video! It's always fun and interesting!!

#2 Not only does this exist it's NOT ONLY in the OCEAN!!! I was almost eaten by one back in 97"!!!! This happened in Higgins Lake Michigan and there has been at least 2 other cases similar since, But not as close as a call as mine!

Actually, they have been around for quite a while and they are real in Iceland and Mexico. Probably in other places but if you remember your wood elves, their overly fantasize as these beautiful tall human like creature with pointed ears. In Mexico, they are short and maybe as tall as a four-year-old child. They are believed to have glowing eyes with tree bark colored skin. Other stories say that they are very mischievous and they like to play pranks and make a mess or take your toys

Oh sure. "The Siberian Unicorn is the origin of unicorn legends." Easy to say that without explaining how legends of the unicorn have existed in lands as far as Japan, Britain, Scotland & Ireland (countries that're not only so far away from Siberia but also separated from said continent by oceans) far longer before even the arrival of Jewism & Judeo-Christianity. Unless you're saying that Siberian unicorns can swim thousands of kilometres across oceans to reach said lands.
