I live in Florida and was surprised when he said that. I’ve always heard that dryer requirements were better for COPD. I was also disappointed that he didn’t mention how a tropical climate affected oxygen levels.

Drier climates actually help with Asthma. I can attest to this ... Arizona is one if my favorite states and I never get sick there. This is the third video I've seen on this channel lately where inaccurate information was presented. Unsubscribing and will subscribe to channels of actual, board-certified respiratory therapists and pulmonologists.

There are errors in this video. Adding plants does provide an appreciable increase in O2 levels. Do not eat processed foods and carbohydrates and sugar.
