But like stated, passports change overtime. If you're thinking of naturalizing in a country your going to want to look for (1) advantageous geography that causes the country to economically prosper, (2) global breadth of language, (3) does it allow for dual and multiple citizenships?, (4) hard power and soft power, (5) is there mandatory conscription?, (6) cost of healthcare and education, (7) cross-compare naturalization periods of countries to get citizenship faster. And lastly (8) can you use the citizenship to get other citizenships? Having one passport is good, but having five is better. Best ones in Europe I've found are Portugal, Sweden, and France (although France doesn't meet requirement 8 and Sweden doesn't meet requirement 2).

Hell yea I'm a Mexican who as a kid always wanted to have an American passport, but thankfully thanks to a new law in Spain I obtained Spanish citizenship through my Jewish ancestors! I'm happy to see it beating the US passport in the Henley Index, and its time for Americans to realize their country is not as great as they think and many European nations are far superior in terms of infrastructure and lower levels of corruption. Like seriously look up the Democracy Index, some european countries like Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark are listed as "full democracies" while the US is listed as a "flawed democracy"

the passport evaluation system is wrong, one cannot consider the Vatican and China as equal. The score should also predict how many people are reached and whether there are travel bans. for example, i am italian, it's a good passport but to go to china and russia i need a visa. they're very big and important countries in the world, it's a huge limitation. the Japanese passport has all of asia, europe and all of america visa free. this is the best passport in the world in my opinion. in second place I would put Singapore, is quite similar to the Japanese. the UAE passport needs a visa for USA and Australia although in favor has China and Russia. also this is a great limitation as those europeans with china/russia. the South Korean passport has many destinations but also has 6 travel ban ( Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Yemen)

Most Americans do NOT live in poverty. Sure, there are plenty of people who live below the "federal poverty threshold", but even those people are well-off compared to people living in other countries. Here in the United States, even homeless people have cell phones and internet in the palm of their hands. Many of the people living in "poverty" in America are actually in that situation by choice. Either they do not want to work, or they find it more profitable to live off the government. The homeless people here often eat 3 meals a day, all paid for by other people. Also many people here are poor because they just plain make BAD decisions with their money! And bad career choices as well. If they want to work in McDonalds their whole life then they can't complain about living in poverty. Yes, the cost of living is high in many areas, but compared to other countries, even our homeless people are rich.

Visa's are usually put on by a country in retaliation for havung that county's citizens require one to travel to your country. So Canada, Great Britain, USA and Australia have tighter travel restrictions on countries where illegal immigration is a problem.
