FYI...War Laws are laws or practices which NATO & most other countries simply don't do or break, regardless of the conflict or countries involved. Ex: Shooting a pilot who has ejected while they're parachuting down is generally considered a violation of a war law.

A little more information concerning Mansfield Prison in Ohio. It wasn't just the inspiration for "Shawshank Redemption", the movie was filmed there and a lot of the prisoners you see are, in fact, real prisoners. And, after being "officially shut down", it was reopened a mere 6 months later and was used for almost 5 MORE years as a ward for terminally ill inmates who were expected to die before there sentence was up. It had its own HIV wing within the prison, as inmates who were dying from just about anything OTHER than AIDS did not want to be housed with anyone who was suffering from it. This prison also used to be the states "reception center" until the opening of CRC, amd used to be called "The Old Reformatory"

Missouri state prison known as the walls in Jefferson city Missouri is haunted it was on Ghost adventures. I know people who were in there who never talked about the things that haunted that place. I never talked of it with them because I never knew of it then. It closed in 2005 I think and yeah. Guys were brutally killed in there. You would be surprised how many places like prisons and mental health facilities are haunted Ghost adventures did lots of programs about places like that. Letchworth village terrified me.

Alcatraz is the only one I've visited. That's 1 creepy a$$ place!! I was locked in a cell and left in there. The kitchen seemed to harbor A LOT of negative energy! I didn't see any 👻, but that tour was really uncomfortable!! I've also visited 'Ol Sparky' in our main prison here in Texas. Everything goes thru Huntsville and when I entered the death room, the air was so heavy, it really was creepy!!

I just got out of a county jail. Forty days and nights i was placed in medium custody which was lock down 20 hours a day and the florescent lighting was on 24/7. I was placed in medium because I had a traffic hold in another county. Now mind you I have zero criminal history and haven't even been convicted of a crime. I haven't been to trial yet. I was released on house arrest and that was next to impossible because of their criteria that needs to be met for that to happen is next to impossible. Smh... I have to call for random drug testing. It's like I'm on probation and haven't been convicted of anything. All that is a county bond conditions! Crazy...
