Indeed, I'm sure that no two fans in the world would have the same top10 list of '70s guitar riffs. By the way, I wouldn't quibble at all with Black Sabbath's Into the Void. But wasn't that just the intro that you played there? I was hoping that you would kick in to the real riff after a few bars. But I'm no musician, so what do I know.

My favorites from the same artists: Layla stays. A National Acrobat, but Into The Void is close and i'm glad you chose it over Paranoid or Iron Man. In The Flesh. La Grange can stay Lazy. Burn is great too The Rover or No Quarter Let There Be Rock Stone Cold Crazy Carry On Wayward Son can stay. I gotta get more into Kansas Runnin With The Devil (You Really Got Me is a cover)

Dude, listen to Somewhere From Elsewhere, LOVE that album. Power is another great one too. Their whole discography is great. Look up the user "Dakota Badger" on Spotify and check out the Kansas playlist, those are my favorite Kansas songs and they're a great starting point.

Money is more of a Bass Riff since Roger Waters technically wrote it. It's hard to choose Pink Floyd's best guitar riff in the 70s though, but if I had to I'd choose the closing riff to Sheep.
